I’ll never set foot in there again. Lousy service. Poorly trained and rude barista.

The rudest, brattiest staff ever. Don’t bother. Go to Trancas. No customer service, no QR code scanner for collecting your points & you can find out for yourself from the entitled persons working here. Get Ady some training & let them know we’re sorry for interrupting their social hour to make our drinks that took all of 2 seconds to pour into a shaker with some ice.

Best Starbucks in whole USA. Great workers in the best Supermarket! I go there for a coffee every year - and I live in Germany!

Never needed to wait 12 minutes for my Coffee and my muffin when there was only me and another person waiting in the line. I guess this Starbucks is in the ocean side style, of take it easy, the coffee will arrive. Eventually…

they really improved from the last time I was here, which was who remeber when. The coffee was good, and so was the service. Clean and easy to park. Just like every Starbucks should be.

A lot of room for improvement. Only two employees to handle a high traffic three person job. Although the two employees were game, cared, and knew how to make the drinks, they need another person so they aren't frantic and don't have disgruntled customers, many of which were waiting with crossed arms. The line was never less than two people for 1.5 hours from 9:30 to 11:30 am. When I finally did order with two people in line, it took 20 minutes to get the coffee because they were so backlogged making the drinks for the people who had already paid. I asked for a complaint/suggestion sheet so I could let the management know they needed a third person and the employees said there weren't any, THEN started complaining to each other they needed another person! I asked for a card with the Starbuck's address on it. They didn't have any. Then the assistant manager arrived and the tone of the two employees, already frantic to satisfy customers, told the assistant manager that they needed more people and one person had left earlier that morning. So I asked the manager for a suggestion sheet. He went and got me one. It didn’t say Starbuck’s. It said Pavilions. Then the assistant manager left instead of helping the Starbuck’s employees! I think Starbuck’s needs to run this shop, not Pavilions, so the assistant manager can fill in when needed like at the other Starbuck’s near Trancas Market, and any store for that matter. The Starbuck’s at Trancas Market is getting remodeled but is still only allowed a certain number of customers for the space they have. It will be interesting to see how the Pavilion’s Starbuck’s is affected when the one at Trancas Market re-opens as the Trancas one was much more organized and better managed at the moment. I heard one excuse from a customer that there wasn’t enough room for three people to make the drinks. People! The Trancas Starbuck’s has been doing that, in a smaller space, FOR YEARS! Another person felt I was attacking the employees. I said that doesn’t stand, since the employees were complaining yet didn’t allow themselves to be helped by a customer, which would carry some weight, suggesting/helping to get a third person. When I waited 30 minutes in line to buy something at WalMart, I put in a suggestion. Next time, the management had honed the number of checkers. That’s management. Let’s not enable dysfunction. People need to write letters to the Pavilions Starbuck’s and request better MANAGEMENT including always having a third stand in available, i.e. the assistant manager, as the employees themselves were trying to do a three person job and the management was apathetic.
