Been coming here for a few years and I just love hanging out there on a Sunday afternoon after a beach day- kick back with a glass of wine and the most amazing clam chowder you've ever tasted!

Quality of food is excellent. Never had anything there I didn't like. Crab cakes are all crab with little breading on the inside. Fresh and reasonably priced. Fried fish was perfectly fried. Not greasy. The calamari steak is excellent. Way better than Neptune's

Bringing together the best of dive bar and beachfront seafood shack, this roadside fish joint (with ample patio seating) is a great stopover when driving along Highway 1. Walk in to a wide display of fresh fish on ice, waiting to be grilled to order. Seared ahi salad with wasabi dressing, yum, though a bit more dressing would have been nice. While the food itself may not be enough of a draw to drive in from Los Angeles, this place nevertheless offers a unique and satisfying experience when in Malibu.

Best fish and ships in town. And believe me, I tried out a lot. Also try the fish tacos, very delicious. Portions are large and the flavors are really good. Fresh and nice. We arrived when they opened for the day on a Sunday, and the line built up within 15 minutes. And I can see why.

We had a wonderful day at Topanga Beach and went right across the street to the Reel Inn and had some great Seafood.I had the fried Fish Trio,Fish ,Calamari &Shrimp and I choose fries and Salad as my side, next time I will choose mashed potatoes and coleslaw they looked really good. You order at the window then they call your name its not a fancy place but it is so cool and chill they serve beer and wine too

Nice spot right across the street from the beach. They have in door dining and a covered patio. We went to the Getty Villa and then stoped by here after it was only like a 10 minute drive. We did have to wait for someone to leave to get parking but it was worth the wait. The only thing we didn't care for was the rice. Not sure if we got a bad batch because it was still kind hard. Everything else tasted great and we would go back.

The fish is as fresh as you can probably get it. The portions are great. The prices are ok. The place itself is charming.

Fresh seafood in a saloon style wooden structure with views of the Malibu hills and Pacific ocean. Pick your fish and how you want it cooked, pan grilled, cajun style or? Plus 2 sides. It's a tad over priced and will run about $30 a plate. Steamed vegetables require seasoning as well the cajun rice was on the bland dry side. Fries nothing to write hone about. But the fish Excellent. There are two locations (or were) the other in the walk mall in Santa Monica.
