Amazing food and great quantity for the good location right on the PCH overlooking the ocean. Nice service and basic yet cozy setting. Thai tea was pretty good too.
This is probably the best Thai food I've had in Los Angeles. The golden bags are the must try dish. They're crispy on the outside and chewy on warm on the inside. The pad thai was also fantastic. My friend got a curry and we really liked it as well. I definitely go back here to try more of the menu because everything seems to be good.
Friend and I went around 1:30 PM and were seated immediately. I ordered beef drunken noodles and my friend had the panang curry with chicken. His curry was extremely flavorful -- thick and rich -- and my noodles were a big portion and were also very good. In total, we paid about $45. The staff were wonderful and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this place and would return again.
Childhood favorite Thai place and still my favorite Thai restaurant in the U.S. Right on the coast in Malibu, the location of Cholada is fantastic and the food and service is even better. Ever since I was three years old my family has been eating here and it has always been lovely. The head chef and several other employees have always been there and never fail to greet us or make us feel welcome! The crab fried rice, golden bags and chicken sautéed appetizers, the papaya salad, and curry entrees are my favorites, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I forgot what I order but the food was really good!! Good service. I'm glad that found this spot right across from the beach on the coast highway since me and my friends was looking for a good & affordable food to eat after hiking in Malibu area.
A jewl in Malibu. Authentic Thai Food. sawadee Kha. Always good and I come here since 15 years. Go to the back open terrace if its packed in the front as usual.
