First off this place is in the cutest location and the decor is very beach/rustic I just LOVED it! Very nice but not too nice you cant have a casual meal here! The food was soooo good. The calamari with her special garlic aioli sauce was just over the top... The bison burger was amazing, the tea was good, the key lime pie was just so delicious. I honestly loved it and would recommend friends and family here! We will be coming back the next time we are in Malibu!

We visited Malibu this past weekend and Kristy’s quickly became our favorite place to eat. It was a nice place and the employees were all really nice. As for the food, we ate dinner there twice and breakfast. All the meals were really good and so were the deserts. Everything was prepared just right. Some of the dishes that we had - pork chop, roasted chicken, and scallops, just to name a few. If we are in the area, we will be back!

I am always inspired to come to Kristy's Malibu every Wednesday at 8 am to have a great breakfast and be inspired by my fellow members of Malibu Finest Networking. This is a Great place to eat with a lovely view.

The service was attentive and appropriately casual for a late brunch on a weekend. Although the food took longer than what we would’ve liked, we were rewarded with great presentation and taste. Would come back again if I didn’t live 10,000 miles away across the Pacific. Doing great!

The cafe is positively wonderful for breakfast. My brother and his partner have been to the cafe several times, raving about the breakfast burrito. I met friends there two mornings over the Memorial Day weekend. The food was well prepared. Imaginative alternatives will please the fussiest eater. The decor is NOT French but straight out of Nantucket: :very comfortable seating areas with lots of pillows for an aging back, tables placed well apart so aging ears can hear the conversation, lots of light and white. The service is attentive but not intrusive. Welcome to Malibu, Le Village Cafe!

Uneven service, excellent food. Great GF and vegan selections. No vegan cheese though. Thank God Kristy kept the arancini. My first visit was wonderful! Every from the food to the service was spot on. It was their first day as the combined Kristy's VC. Loved it! On my 2nd visit, the waiter brought our entrees before the appetizer. Then he kept my entree under the warmer for so long that the thin GF pizza crust was burnt ... and he served it that way. Not wanting to fuss and take extra time, I simply didn't eat the burnt parts. Also, the waiter forgot us for a time. Sure hoped the wait staff will measure up to the old Kristy's who provided excellent service. On my 3rd visit, a new waiter provided terrific service. He made us feel taken care of. Will return frequently, if service is spot on,

Stopped off for a middle-of-day work meeting, and yelp said they had free wifi. Super welcoming, quiet, had great food, and an ocean view from our seat in the corner. Will go again.

Good quality food served in a modern setting. $8 for an orange juice is a bit much even for Malibu mind.
