My favorite spot! Their food and beverage selection is great, the owners and staff are awesome, and the atmosphere is the best! Definitely deserve 5 stars!
Best place in old town Manassas!! The vibe and atmosphere especially when they have a band playing. The 4 alarm cheesesteak and the baked brie are to die for. Went through withdrawals when I flew back to Australia, first thing I did when I got back....any guess...that's right a cheesesteak!! Goodness can't be rushed or imitated!!
I think this was probably the best burger I have had in a loooooong time. Cooked to perfection. Juicy and delish! The fries and onion rings were done well also! Can’t wait to come back for a cheesesteak but had a hankering for a burger yesterday!
Love this place - great food, good rotation of new recipes and awesome staff always make my visits here outstanding. Ruben and Rachel sandwiches are fantastic!
This comfy yet stylishly laid out place is a jewel in Old Town Manassas!! Their drinks are terrific and well-priced, and the food....sooooo delicious!! Amy and Phil (the owners) are incredible, kind, down-to-earth folks, who have filled their establishment with like-minded and hard-working individuals. We came in on a Saturday, lunchtime, AFTER the VRE Santa Train, and they happily accommodated all SIXTEEN of us quickly and made sure the kiddos' food came out first. Glen, our server, was simply awesome...anticipated our needs, chatted with all of us, including the kids, and quickly and efficiently got our food and drinks out to us. Y'all....do yourselves a favor and frequent this place--you will be SO glad you did!!!

Born and raised in Philly! We absolutely loved his place. Best Cheesesteaks... even better then most in Philly. Josh the bartender was amazing. Cant wait to go back!
Last minute change of venue for a Saturday rugby match and the folks at Philly Tavern handily covered the post-match social. Thanks to Phil, Amy and their staff for coming through in the pinch. Our guests were well cared for and everyone had a great afternoon.
Love it!!!! The food is awesome and it’s just a very cool relaxing it would make you think you are in old school place in Philly. But still awesome for kids too!!! Staff is amazing everyone is just relaxed and friendly! Must haves Cheesesteak and onion rings!!!!

Ok, Old Town is awesome and getting better every year. Philly is more old school than new school - but that's the point. The staff is personal, friendly and makes you feel like part of the family. My wife and I are proud to call the Philly staff (particularly Janice), part of our family. Each establishment lends to the overall fell and vibe of Old Towne Manassas - shop local - but local.
There are no thrills but I don't think that is the great make of local bar at least one that is good. The staff were awesome and I am pretty pissed with myself for not writting this review sooner so that I could recall their names. Nevertheless the mozzarella sticks were the only thing I recommend not ordering but everything else was yummy. I mean how do you go wrong with fried cheese.
Big shout out to the bartender though. He was AMAZING! So patient with me and really took his time to make drinks that he thought I would really enjoy and were multi dimensional. Honestly such a nice experience and we will return soon just to grab a quick bite and see the team.
I love places like this. Reminds me of Chicago. Great small pub with decent food — a difficult task to accomplish. Sheamus and Melody are the best! A a wonderful neighborhood bar.
We stopped there after a wedding ceremony. A large group had just sat down and were a smaller group. Our order was taken right away and drinks followed immediately. They served our youngest first. You got to try their fries.
I gave 3 stars for service because the food took almost 45 minutes to be served. And they left out some of the order. Overall the staff were professional and busy but just messed up in terms of bringing out our food. It's generally not kid friendly but they have kids menu when requested.

We had a fantastic evening thanks to the amazing foot and service. The 4 alarm Philly isn’t too spicy so it’s enjoyable for all my spicy eating friends! My kids had kids meal (chicken nuggets and hamburger.) Portions were appropriate…we left satisfied and happy. This is a great family spot, a great hangout spot, a great spot!! A wonderful experience all around, from start to finish!

This was our second time to eat here. We had our daughter's family with 3 grandkids. So accommodating and relaxed. Food is a great value and well prepared with generous portions. Staff is incredible. Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere and staff that really makes the experience great. My cheese steak was pretty good, nothing to write home about but it got the job done. However, Tiffany behind the bar was excellent at keeping us engaged and interested in what was going on around us.
Had a Caesar salad and a cheese steak, both excellent .Great staff

Ryan was a bar back that helped out tremendously! He had a smile on his face all night and was doing his job and did it well. I love good quality service and he def met my expectations! He could do the bare minimum but nope that’s not what he does. He looked young but this shows that he will excel at anything he decides to do in the future!
This tavern in historic Manassas had great outdoor seating and the food was really delicious. My husband had the grilled chicken with spinach and it was tender and tasty. I had the “Rachel” a turkey version of a Reuben and it was yum. Great service.
