I’ve been going here since I was 10 years old, almost 20 years. It’s amazing. Every time. I’ve never had a better sub or sliced pickle in my life. My dad turned me on to a deli and now I take my own kids there. It’s the best and worth a drive.
Probably one of the best deli places I have ever been to. Their toppings were fresh, meat was cooked to perfection, and the cheese was excellent. The customer service was superb and quick. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

The best subs anywhere in the DC metro area!!! Fell in love with it the first time I tried the zap based on the owners recommendation. I order two whenever I'm out there. It's that good.

From months and months of bragging about different subs I have had there I have a friend coming to try "A Deli" Thursday! I will not be accompanying her, I know you will take great care of her!

My fave deli!!!!!! Delicious food.
Little family owned deli with fresh cuts. Price is higher than your typical sub place but they give a filling sub not stingy on the meats. They offer a variety of sandwiches cold and hot. Can get busy at times but always worth it. They have a little shop of drinks, snacks, and condiments. Good people, good food, a local spot must try.
Cons: There was a hair in my food. Place has a funky smell to it when you walk in. Sandwich was messy and bread was hard after I asked for it toasted. I should've asked for warmed or lightly toasted.
Pros: Good value for the amount of sandwich you get and the flavor was good too. I had the Classic Italian.
I went here for lunch for the first time today and will be back tomorrow for more. This deli is what you remember from childhood with fresh made hot and cold sandwiches and sides like coleslaw, potato salad, and pasta salad. The little store is packed with goodies and treats with all the classic Italian brands. It reminded me a bit of Central Grocery in NOLA. I had the Reuben, and it was piled high. SO delicious and not at all greasy or heavy. The sandwich didn't survive long enough to get a picture, but I'll be sure to get some tomorrow of the entire shop. Very highly recommend!!
BLUF-bottom line up front...this place reminds me of The Deli in Herndon/ Fairfax. The subs are all delish! Get the classic Italian and you won't be disappointed. If you are hungry or want to split with someone else, get the large. My go to place for classic cold cuts.

A deli is the best deli I have been too for several reasons. The family that owns it are salt of the earth kind of people that work hard and prepare amazing sandwiches. My go to is a spicy Italian toasted with everything, hot and sweet peppers, and it has to be toasted! Add the salt and vinegar chips, a drink from the cooler and the amazing baklava and you will leave with a smile on your face. The chicken salad and egg salad are also top notch. My mouth is watering.
There’s no other sub around that compares to the Classic Italian! Just make sure to omit the mayo. Easy to call in a order and it’s ready when you get there, even during the lunch hour. Fantastic owners, always asking what you’d like on it, especially extra banana peppers!
My mother recently hosted a baby shower for me and picked up a few things from here including a variety of sandwiches, potato salad, cookies, and brownies. Everything was packaged so well and it was all exceptionally delicious. They seemed to have really went above and beyond to make everything perfectly. All of our guests complimented the food. I cannot thank all of you enough for making our day even more special. We have been customers here even prior to the baby shower and we will continue to be regular customers here.
Stopped in for lunch and had an amazing Italian Stallion, canolli, and cheese steak with bacon. Excellent cold cuts, cheese and bread, the subs were so delish!!!
Full deli, with market: cold cuts and cheese by the pound, Italian goods, specialties and wines in the market...
