There is particular Hispanic young lady who I find to be a little rude. I often visit and each time she’s behind the counter preparing my food she seems to be a bit rush y with my order. I usually have special details (not complicated at all) about my sandwich that she seems to disregard and simply not take seriously. I truly hope that she understands she is working in a “customer service” based environment and should practice being a little more friendly. She’s the only one whom I’ve dealt with there who i particularly find rude and dismissive. Also, while I was in the middle of giving her my order, she totally yawned in my face with out even covering her mouth or excusing herself. Unprofessional and rude towards a customer in my opinion.
I just ordered 2 cheesesteaks from here, and the young man that waited on me was absolutely awesome. Good customer Service is so very important to me and to our society, Jersey Mikes does it right. I love subway also, but have never received such wonderful treatment there.
This location definitely needs to pay their employees more. I came in to pick up my order and things had gone haywire with a door dash and grubhub promotion not being relayed to the store. They were understaffed, understocked, but they still kept trying. As far as I know the manager either went to get more product or just walked the heck out. Door dash drivers were EXTREMELY RUDE to these folks and these three employees stood tall and STILL made my food to PERFECTION. I didn't catch names but I've got descriptions of the wonderful employees that took the blows and rolled with it. Give the tall bearded fella, the indian lady, and the nice black cashier a raise, they EARNED IT.

I mean what is there really to say. Good food. Good service. Prices are a little high but that's what you pay for quality food and services and a clean environment.
Whomever the fella was with the nose ring working this evening was super nice. Also thank you for paying attention to my notes for my sandwich.
Sometimes when I visit this location the staff is not outright rude however, they don't seem to be welcoming and at times. And often make you feel like you're bothering them. I've only experienced this with the closing crew.
First visit. OMG my sub (original Italian) was fantastic.
I told the person 'no cheese'.. They asked if it was due to an allergy. I said yes, then he proceeded to clean the whole machine before starting my son's sandwich. Awesome! Most people give attitude when I ask for this.
Our order is never wrong. The customer service is awesome. Everyone is always very kind and patient. Food keeps bringing us back.
The food is consistently fresh, and the staff welcomes you as walk in the door. My favorite sub is the #8 Club Sub. If you get a sub Mike's way, it will get a little soggy if you take it Togo and drive more than 15 minutes (kinda expected), but they are super accomodating and will get you the oil and vinegar in a container for you if you ask. The hot subs will take a little longer to make, so keep that in mind if you're on your lunch break.
Both employees were very nice! Even cut my giant sandwich and packed separately since half had different toppings! Very nice guys!
