Our family did a surprise 85th birthday celebration for my Aunt Ruthie. The waitress was on point with friendly, outstanding customer service; patient with children ranging from 1 -8 yrs old; always ready to refill drink & cleared the table.
The food is delicious with huge variety. The service is fine. It is one of the great places to enjoy tasty meals with decent price. Both salad bar and soups are very good.
We went for out 1st time to the holiday buffet. It was a little bit of a wait obviously. The food was actually good because of the amount of people everything was fresh coming out non-stop. The price was great for a family of 6. It felt great to not have to do all the cooking and cleaning up after a big meal and not have crazy amounts of leftovers. It was a great holiday spread for everyone to enjoy.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was Slammed.
For 15.99 I was hesitant on dining in the place because I was starving as well and didn't want to wait too long, but customer service was phenomenal! The hostess found us a table through the chaos within seconds!
I noticed a lot of empty spots in the buffet but they were quickly replenished with FRESH and HOT food 🔥 It was that busy but the team here at Golden corral were on top of it 👏🏽 👏🏽 shout out to them! Food was delicious and id definitely recommend to come on an empty stomach to be able to try everything 😋
This place is very good not only for the great price for the food they offer, but also, their service is as great as their price. The restaurant offers many varieties of food starting qith meat, sea food, vegetarian, desert and fruit. Also, you can choose how you want your steak to be cooked. They are trying to maintain clean area as they offer gloves all around the buffet for people to use when they filling their plates. Also, plates are served on the table by the waiter as they will keep putting new ones as needed. One more thing waiters gratuity is not on the initial bill, so you may want to consider tipping them.
Great employees, great food. Best Golden Corral around. It shows how great of a management staff there is also. They fill in wherever needed. I've seen them cashiering, cleaning tables, sweeping the floor and behind the food prep and grill. They deserve 10 stars but 5 is all they let me give. Thank you to all that make our "every weekend" night out great!

Great food and decent service, it's usally packed after church so try to avoid Sunday. They have a giant mix and verity something for everyone. The build your own burger bar is nice as well. Also you can get free birthday buffet, just join thier rewards program.
It's good buffet. It's definitely not as crowded as before and for this reason, the staff won't make as much food anymore. But the chickens were very good. I wish they will up the food quickly.

Dear, I am writing to express my sincere disappointment with the service provided by a waitress named Bitr...se at Golden Corral Buffet & Grill in Manassas. I feel compelled to bring to your attention that her behavior was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, which significantly detracted from my dining experience at your establishment.
From the moment I arrived, I attempted to get the attention of my table's assigned waitresses in order to request water. Unfortunately, they consistently walked past me without acknowledging my presence. Recognizing that they might have been busy, I decided to approach another waitress (Bit..r) to ask for assistance. To my dismay, her response was shockingly disrespectful, instructing me to go away and interact solely with my assigned waitress.
Not only was this dismissive attitude frustrating, but it also clearly violated the basic standards of service that one would expect from a restaurant of your caliber.
Adding to my dissatisfaction, I further requested to speak with a supervisor but waited for an astonishing 30 minutes without anyone addressing my concern. This level of neglect and lack of response is entirely unacceptable. Moreover, the cashier allegedly showed me to a manager, a very young individual with a nose ring. However, upon approaching her, she redirected me to another supervisor because she was busy fixing a holiday banner at the window. This encounter only reinforced my disappointment in the situation.
I am deeply disappointed by the treatment and lack of professionalism demonstrated by your waitress and the apparent lack of managerial response. I trust that you will treat this matter seriously and take prompt actions to ensure that such behavior does not recur in the future.
I respectfully request a response or apology from your establishment regarding this incident. It is crucial that you understand the impact such behavior has on your customers and the reputation of your restaurant.
I urge you to take appropriate measures in this regard, whether it involves additional training for your staff, or any necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring again. As a valued customer, I believe it is only fair to be treated with respect and courtesy, setting the standard for my dining experience at your restaurant.
I sincerely hope that you will address my complaint earnestly and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I eagerly await your response, outlining your plan of action to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future.

Very clean and well organized place, hot food , dishes are not empty, well crowded, mix of adults and children, soups were hot and tasty, salad bar was huge with many options, desert was a whole section with verity of selections. Being busy it was very clean place. Will go back again
11 Jun 2021, Fri - just finished shopping in the area (first time in years), as we were leaving the parking area, we noticed The Golden Corral Buffet.
•Parking was good at 1:30 PM
•Short quick line to get in & good number of people already seated, filling plates, etc.
•No elbow bumping to get food
•Good selection of food choices
...I selected from the salad section and was satisfied with choices.
...my husband filled up from meats & vegetables sections
..We both give two thumbs up!
•Staff were efficient & friendly
•Manager, Mike was friendly, congenial, helpful with us and interacted with the employees in a positive manner.
•We would dine here again recommend this Golden Corral location to others.
We had Family visiting and they allowed us to choose the place we'd go out to for dinner. Was my 1st time back at GCB & Grill for a 12-13 yrs. Food was better than the service we received that day. Couldn't find anyone (Waitress) to come to our table for a refill, which is one of the things WE were told that they'd be attentive about as we were seated. Idk if I'd recommend that place
The staff are friendly, the food is great! The main area is kept clean the men's room is kept clean. The women's bathroom however is never kept clean seems the female staff so not want to clean it so far every time we've came here we had to find a manager and complain, this last time we had to complain twice bc the staff went in and only picked up the toilet paper and left the water and urine everywhere. Please see pictures. The parking lot is on the dark side but this area is away from where people are just waking around. While I recommend coming here I wouldn't expect your female to use the restroom while here.
This Golden Corral different they had tacos and stuff the food was fantastic but the. Crowd omg that place was packed on a Sunday evening . All around I would suggest it I was traveling don't live in VA but would go again
