I was trying to figure out where to go to get a late lunch. Red Robin popped into my head and I thought it sounded great, as I hadn't been there in quite some time. I was seated immediately and the server was quick to come to my table. I decided on getting the Fish and Chips. They use cod as their fish of choice, and it worked well. Not too fishy, and a great batter! The restaurant was clean and tidy. I enjoyed some of their fries with some ranch and seasoning mixed in. The server I had was polite, happy, and enjoyable to be around. I had an enjoyable time, and always felt attended to and never rushed. Thank you, Red Robin staff!
Great establishment. We went in with a group of 16 the night of 10/7 and had amazing service and food. Our waitress, not sure her name took great care of us. She practically worked it by herself. Her helper was a waitress in training. The food was also great, prepared just as everyone asked. We had just left a tournament we had a been at for more than 8 hours and these kids were ready to eat.
Food came out quick.
The food was good everyone had different burgers with sides. Food came out fast and was hot. Service was lacking even though we were there at a slow time the waiter never checked on us until the bill came.
Update: I was given a full refund and contacted by the manager to address the situation. I've always been very satisfied with in-person dining at this location, and am happy that the customer service is extended to delivery experience.
Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience tonight with a delivery. In person, I've had excellent food & service. However, my order tonight sent regular fries instead of the garlic fries I ordered (and paid extra). Additionally, though I specified no tomatoes, they were present, so I cannot eat the sandwich since I am allergic. Now I'm going hungry tonight. Very disappointed.
I ordered the grilled chicken salad. It was delicious! The salad was fresh and the grilled chicken was seasoned perfectly. The portion was very generous. I made two meals out of it. The waitress was friendly and made sure our drinks were re- filled promptly. Good atmosphere, great food and outstanding service!
Came in for the free burger for veterans day staff was great food was perfect love those steak fries! Manager came by thanked me for my service and gave me a coupon for next visit. My only surprise was it was not as busy as I thought it would be. Their loss who missed out.
I give the food and drinks 5 stars. The veggie burger is one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. The sweet potato fries are great, nice and thin and crispy. I love the variety of lemonades that they have available. My favorite is called Poppin Purple Lemonade. I also love that they offer free refills on many of the drinks and side orders.
The reason I can't give the restaurant a full five stars is it's not as clean as would be ideal. The last time I went the floors were sticky, the booth had some crumbs on the seat and the glass that my drink came in wasn't very clean.
The service is good and the food is usually prepared quickly. My husband and I eat here a lot because the food is just so delicious. Yummmm.
I ordered at this location on 9/14/2023, the food was delicious. However, the best part of my experience was the greeting I received from the hostess and the to-gos person. This place is really delicious and affordable. I will be coming back!!!

The food was great. I wish they would just serve us fries without asking if we needed more. It's empty we need a refill. We will be back though it's a good place to eat.

If you order the peaches & and cream, shake the gummy becomes as you are chewing a piece of rubber after being in the cold shake. If you order the mountain high Mudd pie, make sure you share. It is very hard to eat it for one person.
