Really great staff and food is always cooked well, but typically either understaffed or simply just packed. Watch WHEN you go and you'll have a good experience. Avoid getting sucked up into the lunch rush or the rush hour slammer. Parking can be a fickle thing.
I regularly cite this as the best run business I have ever seen, and I am familiar with many large companies. They are incredibly busy and do an amazing job at efficiently serving so many customers. Top notch, extra courteous service.
Typical excellent experience at Chik-fil-A. Staff always is a country mile more friendly and spirited than any other food place in similar category. This location is extremely busy, and the drive through line can get very long. I recommend going inside to pick up, it will be quicker.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by 2 employees. One of which, brought my order directly to my table! And he came by later offering any napkins and asked if i was in need
Still polite and great tasting. Always satisfied. Chic sandwiches and side salad with lemonade. Can't beat it!
