Asked for a booth - got a booth! Fun new Wonka menu. Service was a bit slow out of the kitchen, but so pleasantly surprised by the quality of chicken and broccoli. The waitress even found the least expensive way to charge me which I was thankful for.
We have eaten at this Ihop twice now. This restaurant is sooo, much better than the one in our neighborhood. We come from hoodbridge area and it's a vast difference! We even have leftover bc it's so good.
Your experience here will greatly depend on the server and how you communicate with them. I never expected a perfect dining experience at every restaurant because sometimes there could be a backup in the kitchen or a forgetful waiter. But for the most part this specific IHOP location is usually on point. Waiter was constantly checking up on us which I don't mind because I do like being attended frequently in case I need a refill, since I love water, or in case we forgot to ask for a condiment and so on. I can certainly say that I have had many more pleasurable dining experiences here than at the IHOP on 28 across town.
Having lunch with my son before a long drive to Fredericksburg VA, the coffee was good. I enjoyed the atmosphere, not too crowded plenty of tables available. The food was received pretty quickly after ordering. A very friendly employee took care of our table. I had a good time. Thank you for making it enjoyable.

whoever is reading this .I was there that Day. there was a big problem in my order they only gave me one butter in six pancakes. I don't know. You might think It's okay, but I don't think it's okay. I need butter because I'm fat. I need more grease. I need to maintain my fat & Cholesterol for my fat body and healthy lifestyle. Why do you cut my calories IHOP.
I had a good meal. I was very pleased to find whole grain protein pancakes on the menu. The blueberry/lemon ricotta cheese pancakes were excellent.
It's a chain restaurant so not much to say. The food was properly prepared, the service was good. It wasn't crowded. Pleasant experience
An all around great experience at this Ihop location. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak stacker for dinner and was not disappointed. Everything was delicious and our waiter was very friendly and helpful.

I always get the best service here! I highly recommend the poblano omelet made veggie by substituting in the roasted tomatoes.
