By far the best ice cream place in VA. Their cake batter and chocolate ice cream is very creamy and high quality.
First timer here . Nice and quick service . They followed covid protocols and guidelines.. we always love cold stone ice creams . Ordered strawberry 🍓 sundae and my kid loved it . We also had the brownie chocolate ice cream .. was so awesome !
We also ordered a cake for my sons bday . For 35$ it was huge and tasted so good . We were about 4-5 families with kids and we couldn’t finish it .
Lots of parking spots available. Nice location. Overall a good experience !!
Staff incredible kind (on the phone and personally), very clean place and easy to see it from the highway. They are very well stocked and have a big parking. This cake was for my husband’s birthday party - peanut butter playground - AWESOME! Very tasty.
The staff in this Cold Stone Creamery are so nice, and make some of the best ice cream I have ever had!! Cant wait to visit again!

This place is great! They have awesome customer service, and the best part is some of them are bilingual!!!!!! I might be lactose intolerant but this ice cream place makes me forget about it.
I had a GREAT experience getting ice cream with my girlfriend. There was a nice young man Bryan serving us and he was so kind and polite and very friendly! What a GREAT guy!
Cold stone is one of our favorite places to get ice cream. Especially late at night. The fact that they have a good selection of flavors and a large number of add-ons makes it easy to customize and experiment with flavors. With covid all other places started closing early. This is only one of two places that remains open until 10. Overall the staff is great, helpful And friendly. Couple of times we have gotten here when there is a long line. The young staff sometimes gets visibly stressed. My suggestion eat some ice cream and chill...
Brought my fiancée here, it was her first time trying this restaurant. Amazing ice cream, we loved it!!!! They were so nice while we sampled the ice cream before choosing what we want. They let you sample, totally take advantage of that! It was a nice treat to try first before committing.
The staff was super nice. This location was clean when we went! So I don't know what the other people are talking about.

Would have been 5 star level because the ice cream and staff are both excellent but the restroom was obviously a yet to be investigated crash scene. If you are getting ice cream and taking it out then this place is going to give you great happiness. The prices are a tad bit high but quality is not cheap.
The best ice creams in the area. I went with my wife and I ordered a oreo overload and hers was a chocolate with snickers mixed. I like how to they mix it in front of you and they are so creamy and fresh. I highly recommend this place if you like real and good ice cream. Five stars!
