Nice little tucked away Starbucks in Manassas.
The young man who took my order was very professional and courteous.
They have a few outdoor tables to eat at as well if your like myself and enjoy eating outdoors.
Breakfast service items are very small for the price. I had capuchino the darn drink was so finkig, hot that my tongue was hurting for 2 days. Was the darn coffee boiling, and Starbucks personal didn't say anything.
Just went thru the drive thru and picked up a Pumpkin 🎃 Spice Latte that was absolutely delicious! 💯 Great service that's fast and friendly!
Busy!! It's 2:06 pm on Saturday and the drive thru line goes all the way to the entrance of the drive thru and is moving very slow. Should have walked in, probably faster! It's my first time at this location and obviously it is popular.
All the baristas were friendly, drinks came out quickly, and the food was great. I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks, but this is the first one that somehow managed to warm up my breakfast sandwich so it was warm and heated throughout, but not scalding. Was able to immediately enjoy it with my coffee
It's so refreshing to go someplace and be greeted with a warm, friendly Good Morning! This drive thru Starbucks on Liberia is always busy but they take the time to engage customers! This morning the wonderful cashier made my day! She remembered me and asked how I was doing! She remembered even though I hadn't been there in a while. I left with a smile! Thank you for excellent customer service! You made my day!!!
Great fast service. Took time to explain/answer my questions. Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew was the beverage of choice today. Delish!!

I'll give it to them, customer service has been improving lately. They greet you and most are personable. Thank you for that! The coffee is meh, but ya know that's all SB locations.

Great store! Helpful people. I accidentally sent my order to the wrong store and these people took care of it anyway! Great employees. Update: still great, years later...this time they made a mistake. When brought to their attention, the owned it, fixed it, and gave me the messed up drink free. Always customer oriented. Wish all starbucks were this good.
O.k. but couldn't use restroom+asked for Trenta water but got Tall. Other than that the seats looked nice/new.
Normally I dread coming to this location. The last few times I’ve experienced less-than customer service and drinks. I went in today and was met by Josué. He Substituted my drink or something else without charging me more because what I originally wanted wasn’t ready yet. He was SO accommodating and personable. I asked if he was the supervisor and in fact he IS the new sup and is here to stay for awhile. Thanks to Josué alone I’ll keep coming back.
