Went in to just pick a pint of vanilla and quick and easy transaction. I was expecting to see a line out since it was still a pretty hot day.
By far the best dunkin in the city! I come there at least 3 times a week, and I just love the place. The customer service is great they’re really friendly and patient especially the boy with glasses, he’s really smart and patient with customers and can make several orders within 5mins alone. Great store and please keep up the good work

I came here and ordered a few dozen donuts. They were very tasty and fresh. They had plenty of varieties to choose from. Their coffee is very good as well. The staff was very friendly and worked quickly. The store was very clean and presentable. I highly recommend the hash browns. There is also a Baskin Robbins counter that is shared with Dunkin donuts.
This store good, but not great. Quality of product and speed needs to improve. Great, friendly staff though. The new renovations looks great.
Quality varies greatly depending upon when you arrive. College kids didn't pay attention to the order at times.
Stopped by a few mins before closing, daughter had to also tinkle, but bathrooms were not open to the public so that was a bummer. A 4 yr old doesn't know what it means to hold it lol. Still got our icecream and forgot to get little one an extra scoop. They already locked the doors but were kind enough to open and give another scoop for free!
Customer care still exists! Erica took great care of us today and wanted to give credit where it is due in a positively uplifting vibrations.
