The food was great. The Host.....must been her 1st day. She knew nothing. However our server was everything. No name but he had a ponytail. It was nice for a rainy day.
It was really busy when we went and I could tell that they could use more staff but they were all working hard.
4/5 for super saltiness of chips, discrepancies with bill/ device on table to pay, and the server didn't ask how to prepare my burger and it so it was undercooked which they corrected with no issue.
We would return, just not on a Saturday evening.
I've gone to Chili's Grill and Bar for many years and I'm always pleasantly surprised with the food. The menu evolves every few years, always introducing new and exciting dishes. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and the staff is always welcoming. The prices are reasonable and the food is always delicious. I highly recommend Chili's Grill and Bar for a great meal and a great experience.

Had a very bad experience here several months ago, but was in a rush and hungry while getting errands done last night so against by better judgment we decided to give Chili's another chance. We had a very different experience and great service. Although my steak for my fajitas was a little tough everything else was great!
Service was good, was there to celebrate a birthday, and had already eaten so my meal was light, only had a salad. Ordered an Arnold Palmer and the 1st was watered down tasting no big deal got a refill and it was the same thing, so I let the waitress know and she brought out another thinking mabe the batch of tea was low. Nope still not hitting the spot. She then mentioned she had been making them with unsweetened tea. Tried it with sweet tea and although not what I'm used to, it was better than the previous drinks. I appreciate her efforts.
Was craving Chili’s after a couple of TikToks and commercials convinced my wife and I that we needed some Chili’s in our life.
I recently moved to the area and have seen this Chili’s before so decided to stop for dinner.
Went early around 5 and had no wait. My wife and I were seated instantly. Our waiter was a nice guy that was working the bar at the same time.
I ordered a drink and he made my wife a virgin drink as well. Food was quick. I had to the triple decker and my wife had some fajitas.
We got exactly what we came here for plus some great customer service. Thank you!
Me and my wife love to come here. We like Mexican food like we we're Mexicans haha. I always order the chicken fajitas and she always get the chicken Cajun pasta both plates always look great and taste good. I highly recommend the president margarita there like $5 if you do a combo.
Typical Chili's chain restaurant experience. Food is always good, but rarely exceptional. Service is usually a little slow at this location, which makes little sense because every time I am there (during the day around lunchtime), the place is almost empty. Wish they would bring back the Jack Daniels chicken.
FYI, if you have mobility issues, the entrance is a good distance from even the closest Handicap parking spot. I usually drop my mom off and then park.
Pretty location overlooking a pond. A little difficult getting in and out of the parking lot. Food is standard bar and grill but we were happy to see some vegan options. Our two servers were fantastic!
My family and I ate at this Chili's while on vacation and it was the best meal of our trip so far. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The staff was very accomodating and understanding when we had a personal issue arise. Theresa was our server and she was fantastic. She went above and beyond for us while never losing her cheeful disposition. It was also my dad's birthday and they treated him with an ice cream sundae. 5 stars for sure!

This Chili's location is one of our favorite places to visit because of the little pond out front. It is really pretty to sit outside during sunset and eat. We enjoy visiting this location!
Actually Chili’s is a great restaurant. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was very tasty. The bartender Daniel is very personable. The manager Mike was very friendly and talked with us about football. Thank you guys!

My favorite in the chilis is the deep cheese, spinach, guacamole, and chips, all the food here is delicious, this is a nice place and excellent service.
