Food is always great. Appears to be real food compared to the other restaurant, that looks the same after sitting a year. Service is typical of a Chic-fil-a - super courteous and fast �. Really the closest thing to a charming southern restaurant experience for a fast food price. Worth the extra dollar or so. But I'm worth it.
I just love Chickfila and this spot is the best thus far at service quality, speed and food that I've gone to!

We have always loved the service here. Manny is incredible and goes out of her way to assist us when we are there to dine in. On top of it, I was blown away today when I went through the drive through. When something went wrong running my card, they graciously gave me my food and told me they would see us next time. I was speechless and tried to hand it back to them to go get cash. They insisted. They have no idea how this has touched me and have no idea how hard this week has been in our life. Their kindness and generosity was amazing and truly appreciated. A top notch establishment.
Great staff, fast service and really good food!
I happened to be in the area yesterday at the busiest hour for lunch. I was again impressed with the way the employees here handle the incredible amount of traffic this location gets. They have it down to a science. Staff at the front of the store taking orders, staff at the side completing the payment process, and more staff directing traffic around the building and, if necessary, running orders out to the cars. This is a well-oiled machine! Everyone had a smile on their face and was polite. Congratulations to all!
The employees of this place are AMAZING. Standing out in the baking sun, taking orders, making payments, and even directing traffic. You guys seriously go above and beyond to make sure we get our food fast and I absolutley love each and every one of you <3

Shout out to the crew here! We drove thru for lunch today, and the line was wrapped around the building. The staff was on top of it! I didn't get the exaxt time, but it took us less than 5 minutes from the time we pulled in til the time we got our food. Everyone was hustling to make sure every customer was helped in a timely manner and I appreciate it so much! You guys are awesome!

This chick-fil-a is the cream of the crop. Insanely fast even when insanely busy. Food always hot, we go often and never have issues. They are friendly and also are the ONLY fast food restaurant that had not screwed up a single order..
My favorite fast food for sure. People that work for this brand are typically super nice. This morning the shift manager was super active giving directions and helping clients himself. Super busy place, expect to be in some kinda of line inside or drive thru.
Very busy chick-fil-a, but fast and friendly service. Accurate order with hot yummy food. I placed a mobile order and picked up through the drive through, which was very fast. My main complaint is that the parking lot was so crowded I then could not leave. The lot is laid out in a very strange way where it is hard to get in and out, and took a very long time to do so, even by Chick-fil-a parking lot standards, which are always terrible.
The food is consistently served efficiently, correctly and tasty. The staff is also consistently nice and hard-working.
The challenge is, and has been, they are way too busy/popular to be crammed in that location. Somehow, though, they make it work!
One of the best Chick-fil-A locations in Manassas! I love the quality and the taste of each menu item! Everything is fresh and the staff are so kind and caring. Nothing compares to the service that they give everyday to their customers!

This particular location is on the south side of Sudley Manor Drive and to the west of Sudley Road. It is a stand-alone structure with a drive-through and plenty of parking. There is a Starbucks right next to it so there may be a bit of fast-moving traffic even in the parking lot. We chose to eat inside. Seating is a mixture of tables and booths. The restaurant was clean. The staff was nice and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a nice place to have delicious food.
I love Chicken-fil-A restaurants! It’s hard to favor one branch over the others. They all share same standards of cleanliness, quality of food, and warm hospitality of the staff. Also, the playground they keep is great for children. Moreover, they offer catering services too! Their consistency of services makes it easy for me to go to any branch trusting that I’ll have the same great experience anywhere at any time.
Only on a Sunday you crave chick fil A. Great place to go but the drive thru lines can be long. My advice is to park and walk in

The service and food here is exceptional. Every year, the local schools get to decorate this Chick-fil-A to raise money for their individual schools in a light competition. You just say which school you support and credit is given. Chick-fil-A gives a portion of the sales back to each school based on how much each one spends. The first, second, and third place winners get additional bonuses. The kids love it! I love it!
Good drive thru experience. Food was all accounted for. Food was tasty as always but a little salty.
Fantastic service!! Thankful there's no Soy in most of the food here. My young grandson is anaphylactic when eating or touching Soy products. That's why we never go to McDonald's :(

Had a wonderful experience today at this location. I made a mobile order that did not go through the system in a timely manner but the people taking the orders were polite, did not get frustrated and honored my receipt even though it wasn’t in their system yet.
The food was good as always but getting in and out of this location can be a bit troublesome. Be cautious upon entry and exit.
