We had such a lovely dinner with 9 people here on Friday night! The service was amazing and the food and drinks were fantastic. Definitely get the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Everyone loved their meal! Highly recommend!!!

This restaurant is outstanding! I would give it 10 stars if I could ! What a great place. From the moment you walk thru the door you are greeted with “impeccable manners” & attention. The owner is hands on and it truly shows, The staff is top notch & courteous and guides you to make incredible choices for your dining. They make you feel like home . The selections on the menu were beyond are expectations & the atmosphere is very inviting. The food and drinks were incredibly delicious. Bravo Bravo …..as the “Social House” was absolutely an “amazing culinary experience”. . Highly recommend 💯

Pricing is on par with other restaurants in the area, but the the quality of food and service is superior. My wife and I started with a couple of drinks at the bar. I had the SOHO Heat. The SOHO infuses tequila with Jalapeño in house, and mixes it with pineapple and lime juice. The drink is both sweet and tangy with just a touch of heat. Delicious... one of the best drinks I have had in a while. My wife had the Drunkachino, whichn is like ordereing a spiked Frappuccino. My wife loved it. After drinks we moved to the dinning room. We started with the Provolenta or roasted provolone with garlic and seasoning served with sourdough bread. For my main course I had the Pan Seared Duck Breast with mashed sweet potato and green beans. My wife was torn between the pork chop and the 14oz New York Strip. She wanted the steak but preferred the sides that accompanied the pork. The waitress said that they would be happy to provide the steak with the arugula, fig and pear salad and the sweet potato fritters that came with the pork. So she ordered the steak. The entrees were 5 stars. Temperature, flavor, and tenderness of the meats were perfect. I highly recommend eating at the Social House.

My family was treated to Manchester's newest restaurant during their opening night and were not disappointed. Reservations can easily be made by calling or through the Yelp app connected to their website. We were warmly greeted by Debbie and took the opportunity to check out the bar before being seated. The bar manager Adam welcome us and made sure that our cocktails were made to order, using fresh ingredients. At the table Zach and Alex provided suggestions and delivered our food from the kitchen. The small plates were excellently prepared and amazed our taste buds. Dessert was also amazing. We can't wait to go back again for more great conversations and delicious food.

September 2022: Social house has a large outdoor dining area. The downside of the outdoor dining here in late September is that the patio has several fire pits that are very smokey. The ash landed in the food and my eyes were burning. They looked pretty, but did not generate much heat. I did not like breathing it, and what the smoke was doing to my eyes. I liked the crispy half duck and flour-less chocolate cake. However, the appetizer of lobster rilette was disappointing. It was a mix of shredded lobster and shredded celery, onions, tomatoes. It did not have much lobster flavor. Overall, it was not what I expected. The service was nice and attentive. The overall rating is a weak 4 stars.

Sweet potato fritters which came with the pork chop were one of the most delicious I have ever put in my mouth. The halibut fish special was amazing- cooked perfectly. The Mezza platter was lovely but with room for improvement I think.. could use some more herb and maybe some other type of cheese beyond just feta. The wait staff were very kind and attentive.

One of the best dining experiences ever ... PERIOD!!! By any standard, by any location in the world, by any expectations. The food Executive Chef Jose Valines displays is simply phenomenal. The passion, the flavors, the techniques... you would think you landed at a Michelin starred restaurant in New York City, or Miami, or Tokyo, you name it, not in the small town of Manchester, Vermont. The service, the food, the ambiance are memorable. Thank you Social House for this beautiful dinner.

Stopped in for dinner after a quick day ski trip to Killington from NJ. Everything was wonderful, from the cocktails and drinks to the starters and main courses. The highlight of our meal would have to be the grilled octopus. We decided that it was the best we had ever had...perfect texture and flavor. The coconut sweet potatoe ravioli were also fantastic. Would definitely recommend and return on future trips to Vermont.

Sat outside with new COVID measures and had a great experience. Staff was attentive and friendly. Oysters were tasty and octopus was great! Fish tacos had a bit too much breading. Overall, great service and food, and felt comfortable with the distancing and masks worn by staff. Will be back for sure!

Really great food with excellent service. Crab tots are a guilty pleasure but really filling beware. Bison burger was amazing. And a perfect fruit crumble to end. Highly recommend.

Last night we came as "walk-ins" and where pleasantly surprised that they could seat us. Food is off the charts, service excellent... however the wine prices are also off the charts! It was an expensive dinner that we can only allow us to do as a special treat!

Delicious food, love the grilled vegetables that accompanies the fish. Octopus was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce. Everything leaves you feeling refreshed and not heavy after the meal.

Had an amazing New Years Eve dinner here with my husband. They practiced all COVID guidelines. The food was fantastic. The food was prepared perfectly and best part everything is LOCALLY SOURCED! Our waiter was knowledgeable and super friendly. There were couples and families there. No very little kids, but there are some nice booth seating areas where there were kids! Would definitely return!

One of the most delicious restaurant I've been in US! Food and service is above all standards! Sophisticated mix of perfectly balanced ingredients, such as burrata, beetroot and butternut squash. When I saw the menu, I was ready to order at least half of all dishes! Duck, tagliatelle bolognese, gnocchi with mushrooms, lobster pasta - every piece was delicious, didn't even have time to take pictures (attaching the only ones I happened to take!) not to mention the decoration of dishes! Cocktails are great, all of them: one with berries, one with prosecco and strawberries, Romeo (for ones who love Whiskey). And don't forget to leave some space for dessert! Totally recommend the experience!

I was pleasantly surprised how good this place was. The food and service were excellent. We had the salmon moose and the shrimp pasta. Both were delicious. It is the small things that make it special. They had fresh baked bread to go with moose. The pasta was made in house. Jeremy our waiter was also pleasure. Look forward to coming back again soon.

Beautiful design. Comfortable, inviting bar. Had generous, delicious mezze platter. Don't miss the duck wings, they are special.
