It took extra 8-10 min to get off from the highway and have a coffee in peace full environment
They just made me the best coffee ever!! I stg I'm so happy rn. September 1st 2023 btw just so the company knows the wonderful employees on shift for today ❤️❤️❤️
Branden is usually working the window when I stop in on Sunday morning. This is mine and my kids favorite donut stop. Fresh donuts and bagels. This place is awesome.... Always friendly!!
I will never say anything negative about DD. Even if it's bad, it's still good. I never have to wait for someone to take my order if I don't use mobile ordering. It's always ready quickly, and the staff is always courteous.
Awesome window service around 6am this morning 9/1. Cheerful, apologetic staff, as the espresso machine was not working. The girl over the mic explained it so cheerfully, you had to understand and not gripe. She also assisted with selecting a cold brew that was strong in place of the one I wanted. T
My order is usually correct, espresso tastes fresh. I have asked for almond milk instead of the usual and they still gave me whole milk but it was still really good in the end. I think they just need to listen a little better or confirm it before they confirm the total to you. The gentleman who take

The donuts are the best very well frosted they are usually so busy that the service suffers a little but still great employees with even better food.
What a great store. The two staff that helped me were fabulous. I asked the gentleman his name, Nathan, because I didn't see name tags. Is he the manager? If not you should consider promoting him!
The girl was very nice but the ordering system was messed up cause i went through drive thru every word i say was repeating and verberating.
Both the drive thru and instore experience are good. Very nice staff who get your order to you as fast as they can. Never had anything I haven't liked!
The only drive through in Palmyra. Wish they could stay open later on weekdays. But; I understand, the pandemic has affected us all differently. At least this shop doesn't forget items. Their counterpart in Macedon always forgets something 😒
They were super friendly when I visited and they had everything that I ordered. I gave it four stars because the wait was super long. I would recommend visiting this location over some others I have been to.
