Absolutely love this place. The drinks are crafted beautifully and the food always tastes so fresh. I have never had to wait for a table they always accommodate the best they can. Whether it’s a drink after work or a special occasion I will pick this place every time.
Recommended! Great food and atmosphere. Excellent service. Republic merged with Campo Enoteca during the pandemic. So both menus are available. We enjoyed items from the daily specials.
A true Manchester Gem!!! Wow, I was visiting Manchester for work and stopped in for dinner. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Sat at the bar, where Matt took excellent care of me. He recommended an awesome beer from Burlington, VT “It’s complicated being a wizard” from Burlington Brewing

Honestly the best meal I've had in NH. So good, loved the vegetarian polpetti, the sauce on that was soooo good. Would eat that on anything!
A really cool concept and amazing service from all. The Steak Frites were fast as tic, maybe the best frites I’ve ever had. The butternut ravioli however was slightly gummy with a very salty sauce. It was had to eat. The cake for desert was ok but nothing special. Try it.
