Great menu. Beautiful mix of ingredients. Fig and goat cheese flat bread was heaven. Mussels delicious and beautifully presented. Service was top of the line. Tim was spot on so ask for him when you visit. Beautiful surprise on a Sunday while heading out of town.
Great vegan options! From appetizers to entrees our meals were excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The cocktails were perfect. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Had lunch there yesterday, my first visit. It was amazing! Everything was fresh and our server informed me that most of their food is bought local! This is my new favorite restaurant in Manchester! I can’t wait to go for a dinner there. Phenomenal Food and Staff! You must try this restaurant! 5 stars for sure!!
It was my first time here and it was top-notch. We had a fantastic server, the food and drinks were yummy and unique, and the atmosphere was great too. Yum!

Every single aspect of our Sunday afternoon meal at Republic was perfect (and we all know how rare that is!). The brown sugar wings to start: phenomenal. Cooked to perfection and a large serving size for two people. Next we had the Special flatbread: hand made ricotta, arugula, and roasted red peppers. The crust was killer and it was filling enough to be our meal. We splurged and ended with the chocolate mousse. I'm a mousse snob and holy moly did this mousse not disappoint--it was whipped and light, topped with homemade whipped cream and strawberries. My husband had one of the best Bloody Mary's he's ever had (his words) and I had a non alcoholic lemon/pomoegranate spritzer that was (thankfully) not sweet, just refreshing. The whole restaurant and he bathrooms were pretty much spotless and we enjoyed every moment of our service. Thanks for such a wonderful experience as we traveled from Maine back to our home in Vermont! We can't wait to come back again soon.
I have been to Republic three times now, and each time, the food was tasty and perfectly cooked, service was friendly, prompt and appropriate. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for great local food cooked and served impeccably!
I was walking around downtown Manchester looking for a place with vegan options for lunch. I stopped to look at the menu and the manager was super nice & helpful and showed me all their vegan items. I had a great lunch there; the very sweet & charming bartender (also vegan!) suggested the falafel which came with hummus and zucchini noodles on a bed of fresh greens. AND a plate of warm pita bread with herbal olive oil for dipping.
I am so happy to discover Republic and will go back soon (and next time I'll save room for the chocolate banana cake).
Our visit was superb from start to finish. Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and packed with unique flavors. I highly recommend that you stop in if you are in the area!
Stumbled on this wonderful spot after an online search during my first time in Manchester and can't wait to come back. Great atmosphere, eclectic farm to table menu all perfectly prepared in an open kitchen. Great bartenders and a friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more than that!
Every time I come here I find more that I LOVE! Food is amazing, lattes are to die for and the bathrooms are pristine!! Definitely will be a new regular place!!!
We went there last night for a bite to eat on our anniversary. They have several vegan dishes (including dessert!) and our server, Tim, could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Everything was well seasoned and delicious. Thanks for bringing the flavors of the Mediterranean to NH! We'll definitely be back.

Amazing, fresh food that was clearly carefully sourced. Our waiter, Andrew, was awesome - really funny, offered wonderful suggestions for the city, and gave great service.
Absolutely love this place. The drinks are crafted beautifully and the food always tastes so fresh. I have never had to wait for a table they always accommodate the best they can. Whether it’s a drink after work or a special occasion I will pick this place every time.
Recommended! Great food and atmosphere. Excellent service. Republic merged with Campo Enoteca during the pandemic. So both menus are available. We enjoyed items from the daily specials.
A true Manchester Gem!!! Wow, I was visiting Manchester for work and stopped in for dinner. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Sat at the bar, where Matt took excellent care of me. He recommended an awesome beer from Burlington, VT “It’s complicated being a wizard” from Burlington Brewing company. Then, another employee recommended the specials to me with such enthusiasm that I just had to say YES. Everything I ate blew me away! The beer selection was great. But the service and kindness from the staff is what made my experience outstanding! I travel a lot and service has left many restaurants these days, but not here!!! They nailed it. If I could give a higher rating I would. You HaVE to try this place.
This place gets better each time I visit. During my most recent visit, I was with friends and we had absolutely amazing food. The whipped feta and harissa appetizer is awesome. The butternut squash ravioli with brown buttercream sauce was crazy. Good. To top it off, the service and cocktails were fantastic. I definitely recommend it.
Honestly the best meal I've had in NH. So good, loved the vegetarian polpetti, the sauce on that was soooo good. Would eat that on anything!
A really cool concept and amazing service from all. The Steak Frites were fast as tic, maybe the best frites I’ve ever had. The butternut ravioli however was slightly gummy with a very salty sauce. It was had to eat. The cake for desert was ok but nothing special. Try it.

The outdoor seating offered an interesting veiw of passerbys up close, including squirrels and a dog who loved a free 🐕 dish of water the restaurant offered. Service was good, but, I was surprised when after I ordered an appetizer, hummus with olive oil and bread, that I was asked "Is that it?" . I also had to ask for a dessert menu. I had three people for service and all were friendly. I had a French dish for my meal, an Arnold Palmer, ice tea with lemonade and maple syrup, for a drink and German chocolate cake for dessert. I recommend this restaurant. Only thing that took away from the experience was the loud motorcycles and music from car stereos. Wifi available.
