Tom's back! The space is trendy and has a great vibe. The food choices will please just about any palate with many healthy low carb, gluten free options. In the nice weather, you can enjoy your meal in the courtyard which is framed with lovely plantings and bursts of color. Go treat yourself and take it all in.

My first visit (and not my last) was for a private Burns night Scottish celebration. It was the perfect venue, and the food was over the top delicious. If you like great people, great food, and a beautiful relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you.

An unexpected oasis in a busy downtown area! Service was efficient and friendly. Food was really Good! We had the Mediterranean and Grilled Cheese sandwiches, along with excellent iced coffee. Highly recommend, planning to return soon to sample other yummy menu items!

I loved all the healthy options! There’s not a lot of places in Manchester that have vegetarian or low carb choices along with the usual yummy suspects. It’s a good balance! Everything seemed really fresh although my smoothie did not arrive until after my meal but when it did it was delicious.

This is my favorite place in Manchester. Hard to describe just how great it is - the decor, the food, even the music all make it a real treat.

The food here is fantastic! I had the eggs Benedict and I was phenomenal. I also had the cider mimosa and that was also fantastic. We ordered juice to go and those were also really good. I would definitely go here again for brunch.

A posh setting, great coffee from A and E Roasters and great food list that shows creativity and love for food. They also serve beer and this sets them apart from other cafes in the area.

It was our first visit and we had no idea what to expect. We loved it. The staff is super friendly. The decor is fun and comfortable. The food and drink were amazing. We loved the quinoa cakes, lentil salad, and chicken kafta. The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be going back.

Tom and his staff do such a great job! The food is always amazing, as are the drinks. Last night, I got to enjoy a coconut-mango prosecco popsicle while winding down after a long work day (even my pups love this place!). Support local businesses and eat here, you'll become an instant return customer!

Our first visit. Pleasantly surprised to find such a perfect oasis in middle of Manchester. Lovely outdoor patio, nicely landscaped, cozy. Friendly service, great coffee and tea, lovely menu. We'll be back.

I wanted to order everything on the menu, and enjoyed the BeLT, 'e' for egg while my partner had breakfast. The apothecary deco adds charm. Dicious smoothies or lighter tonics. Try this place!

This is a lovely place with delicious breakfast options. I’m honestly not sure if this food is organic or farm-to-table, but it has that kind of flavor and presentation. The space is really cute inside and out, and everyone is so nice. Recommended!

I really, really enjoy this place. They have a great staff and great drinks. Their food is young and innovative with bold flavors. However some of their dishes need a bit more seasoning or even just a hint of salt. The dishes are very colorful and I am always excited to try out new items on their menu. If you can try the zucchini French toast please do. It will rock your world.

My Rating 4.9 - Top 5 lunch joints in Manchester with healthy clean eats type of options… This concept is desperately needed in a town with little to no healthy food eateries. Dog Friendly & the owners is beyond inventive with his delicious creations! Cheers, Jason Duckless

Great salads and specialized drinks. If there were any drawbacks, I'd say it's the lack of parking and the limited hours. However, they're a breakfast/lunch place even though they feel like a cafe, you could just hang out there all afternoon. And it's the city, so walking a block or so is to be expected.
