We had a mixup with a cake but they went above and beyond to make it right. All of the staff was really responsive and helpful. We loved the cake it ended up perfect! Thank you again for your wonderful customer service.
Good service and selection. Small place. Higher prices, probably because they are located on downtown Elm St., no nightmare present.
We had Cherry 🍒 Garcia, a chocolate 🍫 and a hot fudge sundae. We enjoyed our ice-creams.

I bought an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday and it was so delicious! They made it exactly how I wanted it. They even had treat cups for doggies and pint cozies. I could live in this place.

they had a curbside sidewalk Wendell so that I didn't even have to go inside to get my ice cream. I would have preferred pistachio, but they were out of that so I got one of their specialties Phish ice cream. Staff was very helpful, everybody there was wearing masks.
Our dog loved the ice cream!!!!!! They have dog ice cream and they let us sample ones. They were all so nice.
Delicious ice cream, staff is amazing. Loved the Coffee Coffee and the Mint Chocolate is Full of chocolate pieces. Use the wheel if you're confused what to get.
