Hands down highly recommend having a birthday party there!!! Kayla our party coordinator was amazing, she went above and beyond my expectations.
There should be an age limit when Chucky Cheese comes out and throw the tickets the older kids get them and the little kids don't have a chance That's not right they don't participate it the dance like the littles ones do they just waiting for the tickets and where are the parents Any ways you should've been for the younger kids
It's been sometime since I have been here and I have to say my 4yo had a blast. The pizza buffet was good. Nice and hot and constantly checked, replenished and well maintained. The bathrooms were very tidy and well looked after. There were a couple inoperable games/kiddie rides but were clearly marked as such. We will definitely be back as my LO did not use all her tokens on her play card.

Always a good time. I love that you guys have been there so long that three generations of my family have gone to that location for Chuck-E-Cheese as kids and we all went the other day!
This chuck e cheese is way bigger and cleaner then the other one we were previously going to (Methuen MA) and we didn't have a problem at all with our 5 year old using the card system. I obviously like the tokens better but he didn't have any trouble swiping it and did not use to many credits like others were complaining about. For us it was fine, and the staff were super friendly. Salad bar was really fresh too and is a great deal compared to the pizza!
Overall a pretty clean establishment. Pricing wasn't too bad, most of the games were up and running, a few which were down had employees working on them. The lady who worked with the ticket / prize redemption area was super nice and patient waiting on my kids to choose their prizes(s). One suggestion for improvement is to add another ticket counter, I could only find one.
Made some awesome memories they have games for ALL ages, the games and play points are reasonably priced 30bucks got my son about 2 hours straight give or take. Chuck E. Cheese isn't the same mouse from back in my time when we would crawl through the tunnels that were hanging from the ceiling.
We always have such a great time when we go down!! The employees are always friendly. The pizza is awesome and today was the first time having the cookie, wicked good.... We bought the 2hr cards for $33, all you can play, we feel that was way worth the money with the way the kids want to play.
Good for little kids, concerning for older kids.I remember the one when I was a kid had the tubes in the ceiling and ball pit. It was a bigger location though maybe that’s it. Almost all of the “games” for older kids are glorified gambling. Even the ones with game aspects have heavy gambling psych. Maybe 2-3 exceptions. This is why I can’t I’m good conscience give it 5 stars. Staff was 10/10. It was as clean as a kid place can be. Rides and a few (actual) games for little kids. You can choose to pay by points (tokens) or time which is great because I wasn’t sure if he was going to ride first or just run stand waste the time. If you have little kids, $30 for tempid pizza and drinks for the privilege to let them run around is a good deal in and of itself.

Cannot comment on the food, because we didn't eat. I noticed at the Manchester location they got rid of the child's obstacle course with the slides and the nets and put more games and toddler ride machines. It was very clean, I just wish they had more hand sanitizing locations. They did have a few but I just thought they could have a few more. You can either purchase tokens, or you can purchase time. 30 tokens was $15, or you could have done 30 minutes for $15. Most games are a single token but there were a few that were 2 tokens and maybe one machine that was three. You can earn tickets to collect a prize at the end of your visit.
Soo nostalgic being here 23 years later with my 5yo. Makes me miss the 90s. Great pizza, clean, awesome staff, lots of games and entertainment where you don’t feel shafted every swipe. Hope they never close in these crazy times!
