Fantastic dunks. The staff is always so nice, they never mess up and always serve with h a smile. The staff is typically a lively happy bunch and Jess the manager is so nice to the crew and customers. Ashleigh, Noah, Willow, Christian to be a few of the employees are awesome!

I will never go to a willow st Dunkins again. You people that are going to work and not stand around talking. Was not busy. Waited 10 mins. to take my order. Then I also realized only 3 people had gloves on. Really? Do we not follow Serve Safe protocols. Horrible
The old lady with the pins all over her visor is very mean. If you don’t like your job don’t work here. *Warning* she give attitude to younger people, she looks over it every time we order. She only kind of nice to older people. They are very forgetful on our orders as well.
Drive through line was long and it seemed like it took for ever; someone was waiting at first window for their order for a while, the car in front of me and me got our orders before them. The prices are high now. Med black coffee and 2 donuts was over $6! 😱🤦🏽♀️
Typical Dunkin. The product was made correctly. The help was friendly but the drive up service was a bit slow. They seemed to only take one order at a time and wait until that car was done to take the next order.
Worst experience at a Dunkin ever! On-the-go order. 2 coffees and 2 sandwich’s. Waiting waiting. Asked for help twice. On the second request they tell me “the company is phasing out ham” so they couldn’t make one of the sandwiches. Phasing out ham? Really? One coffee had been made and sitting there
