We ordered 2 cakes for my daughters birthday. One was the complete wrong filling, the other was correct. Customer service could have been handled better. Called once to speak with Jon, the owner, and I was told “Im busy, I will call you back”. Never received a call, emailed me 2 days later instead.

I’ve been there a couple times and I’ve had a great experience! There’s chocolate frosting is definitely one of the best I’ve had. The staff is friendly, nice and stayed patient while I took a little too long to decide what cupcakes to get, haha
