I absolutely loved it there. The food was impeccable and so fresh!! This place is my new go to place when I'm craving sushi!! Sakura is so overrated and doesn't taste nearly as good. If you want to go to place and not be disappointed Kobe Asian Bistro is the place!! I highly recommend Kobe, so you should go and enjoy, and you would be doing your taste buds a favor�
Our family had a great time dining at Kobe Asian Bistro. We started off with two appetizers. One was the avocado bomb with crab inside and second was a tuna pizza. Both were excellent, but the pizza was all gone. I have not seen a scallion pancake being used as pizza base. It was unique. We had the red snapper as it was recommended by the owner, and it was flavorful and had the right amount of spice. We also ordered sushi rolls. My favorite was the king crab roll. It was filling but not heavy. Needless to say, we polished off our plates. Definitely coming back soon! Thank you, Kobe Bistro!
What a great place. Fabulous service, incredible food, and the even have 18 different Hibachi stations wow.
The lighting created has a great atmosphere as well.

Went to Kobe last night after hearing about this new hibachi place. We were first greeted by one of the most friendly owners I've ever met. The decor and lighting in this restaurant is awesome, the detail they put in is top notch. Also, the place is huge. We sat at the bar which was also really nice looking as well. The bartender Brooke was very friendly and gave us plenty of recommendations on what to get. We ordered the pan fried pork gyoza to start, which was light and flavorful. I also learned that they make everything fresh in house which is awesome. We then ordered hibachi which was awesome, the seasonings and the sauce were very good. I also tried a few pieces of the king salmon sushi which tasted very fresh and it had good size to it. For dessert we had the creme brule cheesecake which was amazing as well. They run a happy hour special Mon-Fri buy 1 get 1 for a penny drinks which is nice since we live so close. Already looking forward to coming back and trying out some of the other recommendations!

Owner and staff were extremely nice. Food was fast, fresh and delicious. Price to food portion was great. Really hope this place makes it! I would suggest more events (cooking classes, date night, meal specials) to possibly draw more customers in?
Usually go to Sakura down the street but decided to try something new...and I won't be going back to Sakura....this place was amazing! So glad they had seafood udon soup, was sad when Asian bistro closed in Buckland Mall. Definitely going back again and again and again! Will recommend Kobe to everyone!
Got a lot of food here and everything was great. Gyoza, dumplings, shrimp Rangoon, some sushi, edamame, total of 5 hibachi plates (comes with soup and salad), and scorpion bowl. The Coca-Cola wasn't even flat. Everything was great, including the service. Experienced waitstaff and management. Very happy with my experience here.

My first time eating hibachi and this was a new restaurant (it used to be called Wasabi). Turns out eating at the teppanyaki tables is as much about the food as it is about the entertainment value. I came with a few friends, and the chef wowed us all with his tricks. His favorite phrase was "ooh-ooh", and he made it really fun by squirting sake into our mouths from a squeegee bottle. I had a mushroom soup and a small salad that came with my scallops, plus fried noodles and a serving of veggies. The scallops were super juicy and huge! Overall, I felt like it was a great deal; my friends and I had an awesome time. Would definitely return!
Also, one of the owners, Shawn, was very friendly and attentive to our requests for 'more sake!'
Have been there twice so far. This last time was for my daughters 13th bday. The food was amazing, the chef was awesome with the kids, the waitress was right on point and the management surprised us with a desert for her birthday! Absolutely my favorite hibachi restaurant.

Nice staff, very good hibachi dinner. I’ve tried a few different hibachi restaurants and this one is my favorite! Great value for your money! I always get the chicken and steak hibachi dinner.. comes with Two free shrimp, veggies, noodles and rice! Great portions! I also tried the key lime pie cocktail for the first time which was Amazing and inexpensive! Definitely gained a longtime customer!
Cool,inviting, and relaxing. Found this place today while out Christmas shopping in the area. Very friendly service the food came out just as I expected it to be at a wonderful Asian restaurant, beautiful and delicious. Nice portions. Very fresh.
I’ve been here countless time for hibachi/drinks/dinner. Never disappointed! Great drinks, attentive and friendly staff, amazing selection especially if you’re into *real* sushi. Beautiful presentation, fresh food, and entertaining hibachi. 10/10 would recommend
Not from the area. Thanks to the reviews we tried this place. The Thai basil fried rice with chicken was amazing. Such great flavor. We also tried the pork dumplings. So good. Good service also.
Awesome place! The sushi is quite good and I loved the avocado stuffed ball. The bar tender is very attentive and the hibachi staff is always quick and friendly
