Went in for a shake. It took several minutes for someone to take my order. When she did, her mask was down below her nose and she was mumbling and gave the impression she didn't want to help or serve anyone. Finally got my shake and the cup was only ~75% full. Used to love this place for their shak
What could have been a good dining experience at Burgerfi ended up a hot mess.
I ordered the VegeFi on the grass and I got it with the multigrain bun, I got it swapped out and got the right one (which I mentioned something because it's an upcharge to get it with a lettuce bun).

I have been to Smash Burger, Five Guys, and Wayback....hands down in my opinion...Burgerfi is the best. Excellent burgers and fries. Onion rings too. Give them a try. You'll be happy you did.👍👍👍
It was a pretty good burger. I don’t see what all the hype was about. The atmosphere is very nice and the shakes/custards looked good but I didn’t try them. Also I’d recommend 5 guys over this joint and it’s just down the road.

I've always enjoyed their burgers in the past, but today we got cold dry patties with cold cheese slices (not melted at all) and soggy, luke warm fries. They may have been overwhelmed with take-out orders too. It took over 20 minutes for our order to come out. Worst burgers I've had in years.
Good place to get a quick lunch , and better than the reg. Fast food , good fries burgers ect. And good deals as well as specials including beer !!!
