Fantastic food and drink to be had here! Me and my parents decided to give it a go on a Monday afternoon and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The pizza was full of flavour, fresh and beats any other big chain pizza restaurant hands down. The Prosecco we had to accompany it was amazing also. The main thing that made the restaurant was the staff. I’m not sure if he was the restaurant manager or main host for the day but the man (in a suit) that kept on checking on us was fantastic! He spent time chatting to us about our day and also brought us over some olives as he said the oven was running a tad slower than usual not that we noticed as we felt well looked after. All the staff introduced themselves and took time to check on us whenever passing. Obviously the food and drink plays a massive part which was all lovely but the staff are 5* and Gino should be proud of them. Would highly recommend for a cheeky treat of pizza and Prosecco!

First time in the prosecco bar and I will definitely be returning. We sat at the bar and there was great views of the city. The garlic breads were £4.50 which is a great price and they were so big, great value for money. The watermelon Bellini and grapefruit gin were very refreshing!! Overall, staff were very friendly and provided a great service.

Great grub at Gino’s With 3 locations in close proximity, it’s likely that you’ll get yourself a seat at Gino’s. Though it’s always good practice to book beforehand because food is important :) The restaurant we attended was the one on the second floor of Next and with it being on the corner, you get some good views when sat at the window. Perfectly placed for people like us that like to eat and watch the world go by. We first went for a meal and then the next time for some brunch, and our bellies were very happy both times. On our meal expedition, we had a starter, a couple of mains and a dessert. These were; \Tomato Bruschetta (vg) [£5.75] - Simple and you get what it says on the menu, toasted ciabatta with varieties of tomato & basil \Vegetariana Pizza (v) [£11] - Woodfired pizza, now who says no to that. This was light with good stretchy cheese \Rigatoni Arrabbiata (vg) [£9.25] - Learnt a new thing getting this item, in that Arrabbiata means angry and guess it’s angry for the fiery flavours. When you look at it, you think it’s going to be ok but when you eat it, you get each pasta piece infused with flavours and that right level of spicy kick - yummy \Fries with sea salt (v) [£4] - The salty, good kind \Caprese Tart (v) [£6.25] - We asked for this to be warmed because warm desserts are the best and this did not disappoint with the rich clotted cream to accompany it On our brunch adventures we had a couple of savouries and then some sweet dishes alongside our drinks. These were; \Eggs Florentine (v) [£7.25] - Muffins topped with spinach, poached egg and hollandaise sauce. The only thing we’ll say is the one minute it was there, and the next it was gone \Veggie Breakfast Brioche Roll (v) [£4.75] - This looked a tower and was cynically expecting the brioche to be a bit hard. Boy, were we wrong with soft brioche making it easy to eat. The mushrooms didn’t really do much and think it’d be better with spinach inside instead \Pancakes with fresh berries & maple syrup (v) [£6.75] - Look at the pictures, need we say more! A good sharing portion if you’ve had other items beforehand and there was a good balance between the eggy pancakes and sweet maple syrup \Croissant with Nutella (v) [£3] - Fresh croissant filled with nutella - yes please, over and over again English Breakfast Tea [£2.50] & Macchiato [£2.75] - Normal drinks done fine A really good place for a spot of lunch to watch the busy streets of Manchester without having to be in the busy yourself. Recommended for: Italian, Pancakes, Croissant Service: High Price: ££ Halal: Vegetarian
