I always go there and use the kiosk because you cut the line and get it faster. Also you can customer it without the cashier messing up ( it saying they do, but if you do it’s your fault), foods great. Highly recommend, get the south west salad but good the feta! (I hate feta!!) ❤️❤️❤️🥗🥗🥗🥑❤️❤️❤️
While I was eating at Panera on Deming St. last night they lost power. Power was out for a few minutes and then came back on and then it went out again for about 7 to 10 minutes. I was very impressed on how everybody who worked there handled the situation. People were very calm, they continue to eat their dinner, and enjoy their conversations in the mood lighting. Everybody working behind the line for orders that were already put in were using their cell phones for Light and completing the orders to the best of their ability. The staff offered anyone who left a cookie for their troubles. Awesome job, I love this location!
Nice place to have a cuppa coffee and just relax.. been going there now for a couple of years excellent customer service and I love the turkey sandwiches
The cobblestone muffin and Chai tea latte was Delish!
I used the app to order curbside ahead, and when I arrived - I selected "I'm here" on the app. I waited 15 minutes before going in to find my food waiting on an unattended counter. My receipt was showing making it easy to find, but my car make and color was included for pickup instructions. This was a little unsettling, and frustrating that the option of curbside was selected but my order waited. Next time I'll order ahead but pick-up indoors.
