They're always happy to accommodate my allergen restrictions. Great staff listens well, gets your order right. I love that #7 Turkey and Provolone sub.
This business has always offered delicious food but I've recently begun to use them for work catering needs and they've been even better. Juliana recently helped my recover receipts for my expenses and offered amazing customer service, going above and beyond. Thank you!
Great food. I don't go often since I'm not a fan of manchester in general but when I do go out this way I grab a sub here. I always get the number 3 and it is always delicious. They are short staffed lately and very busy, however they take the time to do your order correct and are super nice! Had a short chat with the owner this evening what wonderful person. Very friendly and doing his best to keep customers happy during the wait times. Would love to see a store out here in windsor locks!
This branch is so helpful and friendly and they really do care about their customers! I'm a loyal customer to Jersey Mike's and I'm a part of their rewards program which is a great program being free as well. Normally they send you a coupon for a free sub and drink on your birthday but mine didn't come through. However I called them up and they honored it anyway. I'm always happy when I come to this particular location it's a great group of people and they do Jersey Mike's brand proud.
After being a Subway guy for many years I happened to pass by Jersey Mike's and try the Club Supreme. Needless to say this will be my new go to for sandwiches/subs/hoagies, whatever your favorite term maybe. I especially love how they cut the meats to order. Always tried not to think about how long the meat had been around at the local subway.
Outstanding subs. Favorite is #9 with extra meat, xtra mayo, and American cheese.
Love jersey Mikes but for some reason the manchester branch can never get my online order correct. third time in a row i order a #9 with provolone instead of swiss and extra cheese it shows up with swiss standard amount. Not to mention I ordered an hour ahead and still waiting 30 minutes.
