I went on saturday like always after shopping we get a ice cream .. Well no longer after my son 10 years old accidently dropped his 6$$ ice cream and was very upset about it so we went to attendants on duty and showed her he dropped it and she said ill call the mgr she came back and said .... SORRY

Rude service with bad attitudes and condescending tones. Ice cream was frost bitten and we were not served until we asked to be. There was no line and we waited for 15 minutes as workers were in the back.

If you want excellent soft serve ice cream, go to smoothie natural. It's the best and it's in the mall.

Emailed the manager DK regarding a large party. He took great care of us and even bought the ice cream to our table. Then he gave me a free ice cream! Guest loved the ice cream.
