Raw bar is always amazingly fresh and delicious! Love the desserts as well. Always a treat to eat here. Refreshing to patron a restaurant with a staff that is on top of their game of service!
Delectable cocktail menu, any manager who names a cocktail with a reference to a Steinbeck novel is fine by me. Shrimp Po’boy and little gem salad are delicious!
I’m not a big sea food but i have been converted. The food was phenomenal!! I’ve never had better. Service was amazing. Everyone was so attentive including the chef. Will definitely be going back.

Great food!! Everything was spectacular, service was smart and quick. Music was waaay too loud for me, it was a drag hearing "Radar Love" blasting into my ears while I was trying to talk, but I still liked the evening. The food was that good.
Superb seafood platter of oysters, clams prawns. The key lime pie was delicious.
Each bite, of each dish, was pure bliss!

The food was absolutely delicious! Love the tapas style, we tried several dishes suggested by our fantastic waitress, each was better than the last. Definitely coming back.
Cheers to the Chef and staff! Had a wonderful anniversary dinner second to none. My wife and I had a exceptional time again (third year in a row and counting) and a wonderful toast with the Chef. Could not be more happy with the experience and staff! Thanks again to everyone!

Just loved this cute little hole-in-the-wall!! A great chef with lots of creativity.
We make sure we stop by Fishing with Dynamite when we are in California. Usually we spend a night nearby before we head back to Boston. The food is phenomenal. The fresh fish prepared is mouthwatering and tasty. A shout out to the staff who sent out a special surprise for my husband’s birthday. I have tried salmon for a long time and never liked it. The chef sent out a sample of their Seared Scottish Salmon and they have succeeded in changing my mind about salmon.

Outdoor dining tables were all full (reasonably so!) and little close for my comfort so we did takeout instead. We opted for stuff that you could easily eat with forks and took it to a socially isolated bench on the beach to enjoy with the view. Everything was SO delicious and we especially loved the koshihikari rice entree. Creamy and flavorful - highly highly recommend! The lobster Mac and cheese was huge and came with enormous lobster chunks. Not pictured is the key lime pie, which was pretty good too! Can’t wait to be able to eat there safely in person!
Fishing with Dynamite had a nice waiting area while we ordered food. We ordered some oysters with all the sauces and shrimp cocktail to go. The service was quick and the employees were willing to serve us. The food was delicious and they had a large variety of seafood options.
This spot is great and roomy, the menu was enchanting and the rates were very fair. quick, effective service and very personal waiters. Recommended.
Super fresh and delicious oysters. Highly recommended to try the Sampler Platter. Great crab cake with crispy crumbs on the top and tasty sauce at the bottom. The fries with smoky flavor are also really good.
If you want to sit on the regular table, not at the bars, highly recommended you make reservation, especially during weekends.
Due to covid we did not eat there. But we ordered to go. They have a 5 course tasting menu and it was both delicious and fun! It made for a nice change of pace, a little variety, and a nice date nite.

Incredible spot ! The seafood is fresh and delicious, the portions are great (even the appetizers!!), the selection is small but changes often, the service is top notch, the location is cute and clean, the wine list is on point with some great yet original names, the cocktails are inventive and fresh. My favorite seafood restaurant in the entire LA area. Thank you again!!
Really enjoyed all the seafood I had here- the oysters were some of the best I’ve had in years, perfectly shucked, sweet, great sauces. The soft shell crab sandwich was perfectly fried. Was too full to have dessert but I heard great things about their key lime pie.
