We went on Father's Day in the afternoon and were promptly seated. Our waitress was very courteous and knowleble of the menu. I had their fish & chips. The batter was very good and the fish meat was cooked just the way we love it. Most places cook fish so well that it ends up like a plank. The coleslaw was most unusual and delicious. A little on the sweet side but there was so much flavor. My wife had their Meditarian wrap sandwich. She thought is was OK but could only eat half because the sandwich was so large. The next day we shared the the leftover and I thought it was delicious. Even my wife said it tasted better the next day a lot like potato salad that's best after the third day. Their beer selection was limited but with excellent variety. Definitely worth the money. And the lemon merengue with Meyer lemond curd and bourbon soaked cake was to die for!!! If you love lemon, then this is it! WOW. Not sweet, just fantastic.
Excellent service. The hostess had no problem moving us to a nicer patio location. Our lunch was very good. Price was good too. Did not however care for the mimosa. It was not on the menu but they made it anyway. All good!

The food, the food, THE food!! Every time I order something different and every time I am entranced by the flavors, creative dishes, relaxed ambiance, have fun socializing, learning a new tinroof story, and oh my the infused wines, excellent service... I could go on. Why have I not discovered this place sooner?!
Loved it here, visiting from Philadelphia, on a business trip. If I’m ever back out here, I will be visiting again! Food is delicious, service is excellent. So happy we found this place!
The service was great. We went for a friends bday lunch there. The staff made us feel real welcome. The food was great. I had the fish n chips yum.. I will be going there again..

Delicious all around! Great ambience, warm staff! We came in with a large group with no reservation, and Jan and his fellow staff took care of us with ease! The pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly :-)

Last night 10/03/2020 my boyfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful night out. We arrived and the place was packed (great sign of a great business and food. Also recommend making reservations). We had reservations and was seated right away. In my reservations I requested to sit next to a heating lamp which came in handy within about 20 minutes of us being there. The food was amazing. I had the rich lobster ravioli. The pasta you can tell is handmade and fresh. My boyfriend had the Alaskan halibut which was also amazing (I had to try his). The atmosphere and vibe of the Tin Roof Bistro is one you would never forget and need to experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. Above and beyond service. Go for date night, family gathering or a night out with friends. It hits all of them. I'm definitely going back.
The Tin Roof Bistro is a quaint and cosy restaurant. The prices are great for the quality of food and the portions. I dropped by during my lunch break to try the lobster ravioli that my coworker praised and it definitely lived up to the hype.
If you decide to eat there, I would recommend going a bit early to get parking as it is located in the Manhattan Beach Mall.
Delicious meal, great service. I highly recommend a reservation for a shorter wait. We were lucky enough to have a table at the fire pit. Would return, but not a center table.
I feel like this restaurant is a hidden treasure that we found in the neighborhood of our hotel. Wonderful patio and tasty food.
