I just stop by A & W tonight to pick up my collector jug of Root Beer that I won. As long as I was there, I picked up a Cod basket & Shrimp to go. The service was great. The price was reasonable. There was a table of ladies having ice cream cones, the cones were huge, and the ladies seemed to enjoy themselves. I will come back for an ice cream cone in the future. Thank you A & W for picking my name for the root beer, that is a wonderful treat.
Forgot bacon on my bacon double on my way to work. Went there after and they replaced the entire sandwich. Awesome customer service from the staff
Great service and very friendly staff! Food is great not very many in Milwaukee area. Always stop there on my way up and down from door county!
Customer service, the managers, the ice cream (especially the root beer twist) are what makes this A & W excellent. Family friendly too!

Great service, affordable, friendly. I've never ate inside, you sit down then push the button when you're ready.
Not the cheapest fast food but the quality level is higher than most drive throughs. Blended root beer floats are excellent. Only had one bad experience here, got two shakes that were a melted mess going through the drive through, not sure why somebody would hand them out I mean they looked bad. Probably just a new employee that was overwhelmed or something because generally the staff are pretty competent.
I've dined many times at the A&W location in my hometown of Boscobel. I don't recommend that one.
HOWEVER! This one is excellent! The food is as great as I remember, and the checkerboards are fun! I'll be going back frequently, I imagine.
Took my niece here for her birthday and we loved it. They are so nice and kind the food was made fast and everything was delicious can't wait to go back. ❤❤❤
They may be slow to serve at times, but THE BEST $1 ice cream ANYWHERE. I recommend the root beer flavor!
Had a hamburger and fries with a strawberry shake serve was fast and friendly. I like stopping at A +W when I am in Manitowoc
