Food was great as always. Today was made extremely enjoyable by a man named Ray. His smile and attitude was infectious. Even though he was a Bears fan (and I say that in jest), he treated our family with such kindness and respect. What a great guy!

This was my second time giving this location a chance.
We ordered online to bring home. It said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. We took 20 getting there and still had to wait 10 mins.
In addition to everything else, we ordered a large queso and chips. This is how empty the bag was (see pic). Then the chips were either stale or almost soggy.
Two parts of the order were wrong.
Compared to past experiences with other locations of this chain, there was barely any meat on the burrito.
2 stars because what wasn't messed up wasn't bad. As a chain should be. You should know what you're getting from one to the next, for the most part. But we won't be returning to this location.
Last time wasn't much better.

I find this to be my carry out go to because they're one of only 2 options in town where you can go through a drive thru and get something relatively healthy. My dog likes to ride along so that knocks out places without a drive thru unless I leave him home.

I don't know what's going on with the restaurant but the food is cold services loves you from attendance it looks like they'd rather be somewhere else.

Staff was less than helpful, asked our orders 2-3 times, still didn’t make them correctly and slow on the uptake. Also no smiles or thank you. Will not be back

I felt bad for the workers. They seemed short staffed and over worked. Meat was cold, seating area was dirty. Used to be my favorite place to grab a burrito.

My burrito was good considering the staff repeatedly told us there was only three people working.they did great keeping up even though it took more time then it should.good job for a fast food employees.the quesadilla wasn't the greatest.

I’ve held off weighing in on qdoba in Manitowoc for a long time due to the fact that I do not like complain. With that said I feel it is only right to leave a review. Qdoba in Manitowoc is terrible in almost every way. The food is very inconsistent, the service is unfriendly, and the only time I feel the food is good is when the regional manager from Florida is working. You can eat qdoba in Green Bay and wouldn’t even think they are the same franchise. I’ve spent hundreds on this qdoba over the years giving it a chance time after time, I believe it’s time for me to be done, save your money, or go to fast taco.

I use to LOVE my weekly meals at qdoba. I no longer enjoy going there because the past 5 weeks something has always been wrong with my order. Whether it be a buritto or the wrong rice. That I could deal with but my final straw was when i ordered an orange fanta and got a red one. When I brought it to the attention of the employee his response " that's what came out of the fountain" right but i ordered an orange fanta. Clearly it's red. I assumed he could have at least appologize and offered to get the right kind? I guess I expected too much.
