We has blizzards which were as expected. The dog was in the car so I had to use the drive thru. Our order was entirely ice cream and it took several minutes for us to be able to move up from the speaker to the window so I kind of thought the blizzards should have been ready by the time I got to the

Ordered 2 exact same meals, billed for both. Got 1 meal correct, second meal totally wrong. Did not discover till we were 40 min away!!!! Walk in never open.

I deleted my first review which was never responded to. I just waited over 20 minutes from after I ordered until I drove off with not what I ordered. Once again, I'm waiting forever for fast food. The employee comes to where I'm waiting and says here's...... no onion. I looked and yep, it had onions

Ordered blizzards. Both were made incorrectly. The poor girl taking orders at the register was also delivering orders to the tables. Worker shortage for sure.

The bad, walk-in not open, the good, the manager Corey is great. Busy place just with drive-thru Like every place, more help would be nice.

It took 19 minutes to get food we were the only ones in dining room. It took 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge us to order there is alot of talking with the staff. A simple hey will be with you in a minute would have been nice. Just simply basic customer service.

Stay away!! If there was a 0 star rating available, this Dairy Queen would deserve it. Their drive thru has incredibly slow service and you better check your order before you leave the window because odds are, it’s going to be wrong. Order a double cheeseburger? You get a single. Order large fries?
