I wouldn’t normally rate Whataburger. They’re all more or less the same, right? When we got to this location, they were swamped! A major conference for teenagers had just wrapped up in Austin. The restaurant was full, drive thru was full, delivery pickup drivers were waiting.

I live in Austin, so I had never been to this location.. most of fries were completely OVERcooked and it took almost 20mins to bring the food to the table in general..im sure the fries cooked for 16 of those minutes 😑🙄😒
This is not a chocolate shake. It's really ni big deal, except the girl who brought it out actually argued with us. She said,"that is how our chocolate comes out, trust me". I've bought many chocolate shakes from this location, never received a chocolate shake like this.
They serve you raw burgers here if you a person with a raw taste come here its 100% raw
I know everyone needs a job but they have these young ppl working here and can't get your order right. Then when you tell them it's a problem & you have to wait another 15 minutes & it's wrong again. Then they have 4-5 cups of drinks ready when u get to Window & just so happens u get it & it's water
Wait times and service are abysmal beyond comprehension, regardless of dining in, curbside or drive through. In the last 5 visits, no order has been ready in less than 20 minutes. The record was 45 mins.

By far the worst Whataburger. 15min in line (only a few cars in front of me), 20 more minutes to get my food after paying. Every car got parked; regardless of how simple the order. Burger looked like it was cooked yesterday. Pickles on the wrapper instead of on the burger. No sign of the tomato
After 10pm drive thru is the worst thing ever!!! Waited 45min for a burger!! With only 5 cars in front of me. The line after I got my order was 18 cars. Poor people! The employees had a rude attitude, treating us like the were making us a favor for free. We are paying for our food! Come on! Anyways,
