Did a drive thru today at Jason's Deli Mansfield and the voice on the other end made my day! Shout out to KAYLA!!! You were polite, patient and very professional. I could hear the smile in your voice and i thank you for such an amazing drive thru experience
I went through the drive thru a little bit ago and the employee, Charity, in the window was absolutely amazing. She had such a bright personality which doesn’t happen much in fast food anymore. Good job finding employees who can put smiles on your customers faces! And as always, the food was great!
The food was good as always. I had the salad bar. Be aware that now you are only permitted to have one trip to the salad bar when you order salad only. I wanted to go back for their pudding, but was told I could not. The cashier did not inform me of this new policy and there were no signs stating it

For a late lunch the two of us shared a “CB” baked potato, bowl of turkey tortilla soup, and bowl of chicken pot pie soup. All was wonderful. Large portions. This is one of my favorite Jason's deli's to go to. The ambiance is great. The seating area has many different vibes to choose from. It's a good size deli with great food - as always.
