So. 11:40 AM, drive thru, the picture depicts our “large” order of fries. You can see that it was half full with Luke warm old soggy French fries. They should have paid us to take them off there hands.

Chick-fil-A is always a great choice. Their food is always fresh and well prepared. Their staff are always courteous and willing to meet your needs. If you've never visited a location then make it your business to try one. You will be glad you did. PEACE!

Popular location at Broad. The food is good and we drive through regularly. However, we have been shorted sandwiches on several occasions and I guess it is on me to not hold up the line and disassemble the meal in the front seat to make sure it is all there. They are trying to be as fast as possible

What can I say? If you want chicken sandwiches done right, you gotta hit Chick-Fil-A. I love their honey BBQ sauce, but the honey mustard just has to step in and sub from time to time. And on a hot, Texas summer day...you gotta go with their soft-frozen lemonade.

Horrible curbside experience. Waited over a half hour in the parking lot. Meanwhile, drive through is being consistently serviced. Curbside are second class citizens here. Also after getting the order, both kids meals didn't have toys. Had to go inside and get them.

Ordered a root beer, got Coke with no ice. Ordered a Sunjoy, got lemonade, again no ice. Ordered two kids meals with apple juice, got milk. Only the kids meals were correct... but, of course, they were cold. CFA used to have good food and good service. What happened?
