Great service, very clean, great taste... no complaints. I only gave it four stars though because a young, bearded guy in a suit (presumably a Chipotle corporate bossman) decided to take up two full booths/tables to hold some kind of meeting with a couple of uniformed Chipotle employees during the height of lunch hour when seating was at a premium. My wife overheard them talking and believed it was some kind of management training. I don't know exactly what kind of managers he's hoping to produce with this training, but based on his example and choice of time/place today, I don't think a professional focus on the customers and their experience was high on his list of values.
Wtg Carmen! Me and a coworker in line about to pay. The customer ahead of us didn’t know how to operate her app and took it out on Carmen. But Carmen handled it professionally! That’s good customer service!
