Only the drive-tru is open. Long line and half of the time they messed up my orders. They never have every donuts in stock, even at 9 AM in the morning. I ordered a small drink and what I got was extra small. You’re better off going to another location.
One of the most epic sensory experiences of my life. Missed the birth of my son to eat here. Great tourist destination for foreigners if you want to experience true american culture. 15/5
I’m pretty easy going, as I work in customer service, but I have had 4 instances within the last 6 months (and I don’t go here often) where my order was messed up. So bad to the point that they forgot the actual egg on my wrap. Never heard back from the manager or customer service about a refund. Wo
I went to the drive thru and I was placing my order for donuts. They were out of almost everything. I also want a Hot chocolate frozen drink and they said there machine was broken down. What a bad experience. I recommend a 1 star rating.
Donuts are always well done & nicely frost !!!! But drive thru is always long. Other than that this is one of the places where their donuts are always super nice frost in my experience.
This place is ADDICTING. Good thing they are open 7 days a week. I usually go to HYVEE for doughnuts but as of lately I go to Dunkin' for the convenience of the drive thru. I love all the breakfast food here but most of all doughnuts. Glazed, blueberry glazed & apple fritters are the BEST.

Went there 1/30/22 drive through took forever then my donuts were stale and hard didn't even get a syrup with my pancakes. I called to explain this since the inside isn't open and some guy that works there answered and kept telling my their donuts are made fresh everyday and not listening to anythin
