It's McDonald's, the employees here always seem very polite. Men's bathroom needs help, the sensors for the sink and hand dryer don't work well and the sink faucet is loose. Not always, but today the bathroom was extremely dirty (that's being nice).
We go to McDonald's for a fast breakfast in between wait time for Doctor visits. So, we rate Apple Pie. Theirs were still raw in the middle. Cooked to fast because the pies are frozen. The M'D's across from the Tucson mall are cooked well. Do this is our favorite.
Francisco helped me this morning and WOW! What a kind, attentive, and all around amazing person. McDonald’s, I sure do hope you are recognizing this employee. Such an amazing experience with him today! I’ll make this McDonald’s my normal stop now.
Friendly and helpful when an item is missing from the order (that happens a lot). This store seems short handed each time I go (about once a week). They really need help. This place is ALWAYS busy. Good people work here.
Ordered 3 large fries and they were all undercooked, soggy, and pale. Simple order that they could not get right.

They've only messed up an order once and were very communicative about finding what went wrong and how to fix it. I get dinner or breakfast here often. Very nice, friendly, attentive, and fast service. Very clean place.
Just a rough location. Food is always old and gross compared to other locations.
