Reviews of Burger King

The worst ever. Bad service. They don't get your order right. The GM is not service oriented. Once you have a complaint they basically say "Check your order when we give it to you." You ask for your money back and they say , ,,,,"return all the food.," Don't go there. Go to In N Out or McDonald's or a local burger joint.

One of the smaller single-lane drive-throughs, with an extremely narrow lane. Just be aware if going through with a bigger truck. On a very slow day, still freshly made products, so can't complain. Hard to hear speakers, though -- or, maybe it was just the staff on duty. Nothing to complain about, but nothing outstanding either. Just a basic fast-food place.

The employees named isreal and patricia are bad for business. The way they talk to customers is like they are straight from the hood. I can't believe i was treated that way. I had a police officer come and deal with the situation. They were going to make me leave without my food or a refund. They laughed, smiled, and waved good bye with so much pride in what they were doing. The officer went inside and spoke to them. The employees said in band. Band because i waited and complained. Their GM needs to be made aware that this kind of behavior is not okay. I just came to get my 9 year old daughter a burger and ice cream. I can't believe she had to see that.

Went in before a round at Top Golf. The young lady who helped us place our order was very rude. I put multiple attempts into being nice and each time she was rude. "how's your day?", Thank you so much!"," Have a great day!" Nothing but annoyed and rude. Then came my food eating experience.. The fries were dehydrated and I ordered a double Whopper, no onion, (verified my reciept and I was charged) and recieved a single patty with onions, of course! Big box burger joint, throwing away all standards of courtesy and food quality, while still asking for a premium price for junk food. Don't waste you time, patience, or money here. Just drive right past it and spend more money on food at Top Golf instead. At least you will be treated like a human not a problem or cattle.

Most of us eat at different fast food places. Sometimes what distinguishes one chain from another is the service. This Burger King didn't have the sandwich I ordered ready, it was cooking. The server was apologetic and accommodating, and offered me a complimentary drink while I waited for my order. That service philosophy and not the sandwich is what brings me back to this Burger King.

Drive thru took FOREVER. There were 3 cars in front of me & it took about 20 minutes to get to the window. Their excuse? "Oh we have a new menu item for 37¢ and it's been extremely busy!" Again.... 3 cars.... That's literally not busy for most places... It also took them like an extra 5 minutes to run my card and hand me an orange juice and water. No guys... Your dumb new burger isn't the issue here. You're just choosing to be slow.

For a while, they were doing a good job with keeping the lobby and tables cleaned between customers, but on the last few visits, the tables inside were all dirty. There only appeared to be two people working, so they should probably invest a little in at least one more staff member to keep the place clean and *actually sanitize between customers like they claim to*. The staff here is fine and have never been rude or anything, but they often seem short with customers and never seem happy. Until they change drastically, I'll stick to the drive thru.
