WOW!! I’d give Doreen’s 10 stars if I could. What a great breakfast, brunch and lunch spot. Our party of 3 stopped in for late breakfast (brunch) on a Tuesday. This was our first time stopping in and first impression was “WOW, Doreen’s nailed the atmosphere!”. I’d describe the decor as farmhouse meets the beach. Staff was also fun, cute and welcoming. We started our meal off with cocktails (cereal killer cocktail, coffee cocktail and mimosa). For our meal we enjoyed the breakfast sandwich, skillet, classic Benedict and crunch French toast to share. The crunchy French toast stole the show however everything else was delicious and fresh. You HAVE TO dine at Doreen’s at least once on your Marco Island visit.

A delightful place to come eat. The Belgium waffles were excellent. The fried chicken that came with my waffles was thin but juicy. And good flavor too. They delivered the waffles with hot syrup. A nice detail. We had a Chai tea that my life loved, delivered with a heart on top. The only small issue was that the server was not that attentive but she was easy to flag down. Overall loved it and want to come back.

We had brunch here today while on vacation. I had two pumpkin pancakes with cheesecake topping and an egg over easy. The pancakes were delicious. My husband had the chilaquiles. He said it was good. We sat outside which was nice and open. The employees were nice and friendly.

Delicious food. I had the Chilaquilla breakfast and I have not had a breakfast like this since visiting Brownsville, Texas. My wife had the cornflake battered chicken sandwich. The coffee is good too. Doreen's only serves breakfast and lunch before closing for the day. Great restaurant.

A good option for breakfast. Large restaurant with plenty of tables if you include the large patio area. Really great coffee! The French Toast is excellent. Waffle was just okay. The eggs were good and the fruit was fresh. I also like Hoots.

We really enjoyed this spot and went 2 days in a row on our first Marco trip. The atmosphere is fun and airy (recommend sitting outside if weather and space permits). The food was yummy. If you're gf they do have gf toast/eggs/omelettes, but don't indicate allergens on their menu. The coffee, ice chai & bloody mary were yummy. I loved the Tallahassee based sausage patties, poached eggs, hash browns, and lox w/ bagel and cream cheese were delicious. It's not a cheap brunch, but less than the hotel resorts and provides a nicer quality of food and experience than a basic breakfast spot. The service is good, the food is yummy and the atmosphere is so fun! Worth visiting.

Initially, I ordered a plain hamburger. Our server told me they had no hamburger parties. I changed my order to eggs and sausage patties. After the table was served, our server told me they had no sausage patties. I asked for bacon done crisp. Two of the three slices were barely cooked, and one was crisp. The order of grits was dry and very small. One at our table asked for red salsa and had to wait for it to be cooked.

Sooo delicious! I don't think there's a bad thing on the menu. Both sweet and savory options are wonderful, though my husband and I liked the sweet options just a liiiiittle more. We ate here twice within five days! The first time, we got savory entrees (breakfast nachos and an omelet) plus an "appetizer" of their homemade donut holes. It was a TON of food, and we took some of everything home to have for breakfast the next day. On our second visit, we each had variations of French toast; we had no leftovers but were stuffed and satisfied! The coffee was perfect, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the servers were great. Also check out their sister Italian restaurant, Joey's; it is just as amazing for lunch or dinner!
