Great wings and customer service. They are accurate on the orders and wings are delicious. Clean restaurant, but can be smokey at times from the wings in the fryers. This is a very busy location.
I stopped in to get something go eat. My service was fine. I ate in the store and had no issues.
Nothing to write home about. I got 10 boneless wings(real chicken), one dipping sauce, carrots and celery instead of fries and a 20oz fountain drink. Under$15. Staff was efficient and friendly. Establishment was clean. Food was fresh and taste good. I took a star off because you order at counter sit down...get up get food and sit back down. Not my kind of place. There was a constant stream of customers. Would I go back? Yes
My boyfriend and I decided to place an order to be delivered. We received stale and tasteless fries, flat sodas and didn’t get the side of Cajun corn that we paid for. Due to it being so close to the closing time, I gave them a call in the morning instead. I spoke to Esteban, the general manager. He listened to my complaints and made it right. He offered to comp our order the next time we went in and while we were there, he threw in a few other extras. Customer service at its finest.

Not only do I love her hair and eye makeup, but I loved her customer service. I think her name is Cat and she was awesome. We had to wait awhile for the food which normally would irritate a customer; however Cat made the the wait enjoyable! She conversares with us and was just a being a real genuine person that you don’t see much anymore. I would definitely go back and if Cat is not a manager already; she definitely needs to be!
This was my first time at a “ Wingstop” location. The store and dining area seemed cramped and dark. The staff had no passion or pizazz and seemed flat. The food was good and tasty. The fries are plentiful. The floor in the dining room was sticky and tacky therefore I’m giving this establishment four stars ✨. Clearly this store is under new management and is so much better. Customer service is good and the food. Manager or owner was even in there cleaning up trash that people don't know to throw out.

This review is for the closing manager Kim. Her compassion towards us is impeccable. She was so accommodating and communicative with our order and it’s delay. She’s a phenomenal employee. Shout out to Kim.
I would just like to say the new manager Tay (hope I spelled it right forgive me) at this margate Wingstop location is definitely going the extra mile to revamp this place. I stopped going here A LONG time ago. He definitely got my service back! Keep up the great work my boy!
