I was specifically looking for street tacos and I knew this place had them b/c of the other reviews and pictures I found here - so, thanks guys!
We went on a Sunday and to my surprise, the daily drink special was a large margarita for $5! The drink was pretty good and I only needed one, it was huge, see pic. I ordered the chicken street tacos which were everything I hoped they would be! The salsa verde was outstanding and the tacos were loaded with cilantro just like I like'em. If you order them I would suggest asking to double the tortillas b/c by the time I got to the last one, it fell apart as soon as I picked it up b/c it became "soggy".
Overall I was pleased, the one negative is that IT WAS HOT AF inside! I couldn't even finish my drink b/c I seriously thought I was going to pass out from the heat. There's absolutely no way the air conditioning was on. We would have stayed longer but I had to get out of that sweat box. I'd go back in the fall/winter :)
The food was good. The atmosphere was pleasant. The pricing was pretty normal. The only glitch was the service. Our server was nice but not the most efficient person. She basically did the least she could do without being bad at her job. Overall my experience was neutral, not good, not bad
I literally just left this restaurant, my waiter was absolutely AMAZING!! He really knew how to interact and engage with customers, made me feel as if I'd known him for years, but we just met!! The food was amazing, drinks were nice and strong. This is definitely going to be my go to restaurant after a long day of work. He was left with a very nice tip because of his hospitality and because he seemed to love people!! Please don't ever lose him!!!!
Had a wonderful server, who checked on us often to refill out drinks and to make sure we were enjoying to food. Restaurant was clean, nicely decorated, overall nice environment. I ordered a bean burrito and cheese enchilada. Enchilada was great, burrito was mediocre. The salsa was really good. Reasonably priced, will return.
Nice little restaurant tucked into the shopping center. Pleasant atmosphere and interesting decor. We stopped in one evening on a whim and ordered their nachos with steak, shrimp and chicken and side of quac. Nachos were good but a little tough to eat without a fork due to the large chunks of meat. It tasted fine but was no longer finger food. My guest ordered a fruity drink that was delicious. The service was good and staff/owner gave us a warm and friendly thanks and good night as we left giving me the feeling of a nice family restaurant. A worthy option if you are in the area.
