I enjoyed my breakfast at Basecamp.
Friendly staff, greeted warmly. I was asked how my food was when they were clearing my table, but no one asked during the meal if I needed anything.
Coffee was very good and hot. Had all the sweeteners but only half and half for creamer. I'm torn with the disposable cup. I appreciate the ability to fill my coffee (you have to get your own drinks) as much as I want without waiting for staff and to take it with me, but seems like extra waste when a coffee cup would be more eco-friendly.
Atmosphere reminded me of stopping in a local shop while traveling.
Clean, people are busy making sure it looks nice
The meal overall was good but there were some issues
I got the fried chicken and french toast. The fried chicken was very moist, flavorful with the right amount of seasoning. It could be drained a few seconds more there was a fair amount of excess grease on my plate.
The French toast was yummy and huge.
I would agree with other reviewers that the syrup is not good. Not thick at all, mostly tasteless water.
The apples come in a Togo ramekin and it makes it hard to eat. They were warm as well, not hot.
Parts of the French toast and the chicken were burnt. So you got inconsistency in the quality
Overall I think it's a fairly good place to go. If someone was to invite out for breakfast I'd go back. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. A little pricey for non full service $20 for breakfast and coffee. Options are limited as well.

Everything I get here is amazing! I got the smores pancakes and some fried chicken this time. Last time, I got the fried chicken and French toast. Both were fantastic.

Welcomed in with warm greetings and smiling faces! Girl at the register did great job explaining restaurant layout/explaining the menu. Food came out quick. Impressive female led staff! I love to see girl bosses. The food was delicious. I ordered the chicken and french toast. The staff was phenomenal. Cinnamon apples were warm and and full of flavor. My husband, Patrick, loved his sausage paddy egg and cheese biscuit! The two girls who brought our food were incredibly helpful. Cant wait to come back soon!

Basecamp is located next to a Townhouse community. It seems odd the location but it is the perfect spot. The exterior looks like a home and it gives a home dining experience. I ordered the Buttermilk Pancake Stack and Stone Ground Grits with Cheese. The food was quiet tasty. The downfall was the grits were not hot and I could not get the syrup to pancake ratio to my liking. I asked for extra syrup twice and was quickly obliged, but the small containers never measured up. I ate outside on the open patio next to the street and also the entrance and exit is located there. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Great place for brunch! The food was great and it was at a good price. The specialty pancakes were delicious! We had their Oreo pancakes and shared them as a table and it was great for everyone to share since it’s basically dessert! Other than that, coffee was decent and the burrito was great for breakfast. Perfect location right next to the mountain, so you can hike and then eat! Can’t wait to go back and try the other options

Highly disappointed in the food. Our pancakes were burnt & when we asked for replacement the manager rolled her eyes.
The biscuits were ok I’ve had better.
Also they charge for paper & plastic.

Yum!!! The only word the sums it all up! My husband and i were looking for a good place for breakfast and stumbled upon this gem. The food is great and it can out pretty quick considering how busy they were. Definitely will come back!

Nice place, good food, and fair price. The best feature was the staff, they were great! We first went on a Saturday, and there was such a long wait, we chose to go elsewhere. We came back during the week for a brunch and had no issues.
