Way overpriced for what your getting, red rice is bland, country fried steak can't be cut with the cheep silver wear they give you and gravy was broken (overheated). To start, I want to state I am a frequent Big Willies customer both in store and using apps such as Uber Eats. Typically, my food is great and my service is perfectly average. One time I recall our to-go order was short but we we went back to receive the item and received a coupon.

Went here last night (4/17/2019), and it will be my last. Service was fine, food was less than average quality. Also, they charge $3 for a side of less than 10 fries and another $3 for watered down Mac n Cheese. Way overpriced for child sized portions and food that is flavorless.
