I called in my order to carry out. It took about 25 minutes for the food to be ready. The staff does work masks, although it's not required for the customers. It was on a Sunday afternoon so it was a little bit busy. The salsa bar is still not fully stocked up since COVID.
The food itself I ended up getting a torta, along with agua de Mango. Food was all nice, and hot.

Unprofessional staff. I ordered ahead of time. Went to counter and asked for my order. They said it wasn’t ready. I asked if she could check all the orders she had on the shelf. She said it wasn’t ready. She kept calling orders. She then checked the bags and called my name. I said “really”. I’ve been here standing for 10 minutes . And then she walked away and waved her hand at me.

I've gone here 3 times the first time it was pretty good
The second time it started with unfriendly customer service and the food was not as ordered and we paid extra for more avocado and other items but did not get what we ordered needles to say it was not good at all
but we decided to go back a third time mainly cause it was good the first time and we figured maybe they just had a bad day with the last order so we decided to order one last time BUT YET again very rude customer service and the food was skimpish we didn't order extra anything on it we just ordered it the regular AS IT IS SUPPOSE TO COME but that was bad cause the way out was served it's a very thin small piece of cheese going down the center of the sandwich literally just the center the turkey was so thin and only two slices but they packed it with onions it had two small avocado pieces going throughout the sandwich and those are two very small pieces of avocado the only thing that was really portioned out correctly was a tomato I guess the fluke was that they did it right the first time will not be going back

I ordered over the phone when I got there I payed there was a person ahead of me.My order was given to that person I saw when he totally took my order out put his hands on the food wrapped back up and said to the staff he was given the wrong order. The staff thought I did not see but I saw and they still try to give me that same order..so when I told them they have to make me a whole new order they got very upset and than half of my order was wrong...VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don’t eat here… My husband bought a Torta and he opened it to removed the onion and there was a cockroach. He asked to speak to the manager and apparently he wasn’t there. I will be calling the city I just can’t imagine how the kitchen is.

The food was fantastic, but it took over 50 minutes to receive food. Almost an hour wait for a sandwich is unacceptable. Other Las Tortas Locas locations are much faster, and I could have driven to one of them, eaten, and come back while waiting for my order.

Every time I come here Valeria helps me out with my order. She’s always nice and polite to me. I continue to come here because of her and the food is amazing! I don’t speak Spanish but she always makes me feel welcome. I don’t mind the wait on my food because good food is worth it! Thank you so much Valeria!

I do love some Las Tortas for a quick bite - if you're not familiar the torta is a sandwich and Last Tortas is where you should buy them! My favorite is the campesina - grilled steak, Mexican sausage and pepper - this thing is big and frankly awesome. Try it with the cream green sauce (I think it's avocado and jalapeno puree?) The combination of flavors and textures will do you right. And of course a horchata to drink - don't leave without one of those.

Such a deal!. I've been on a bit of a Tortas streak lately. Today grabbed a Tortas Yucateca (suckling pig) that was indeed tasty. Pretty much pork bbq with cheese and onions on a big super-fresh roll with the absolute best thing about this place being the salsa bar that includes probably 8 different salsas, fresh limes, and a half a dozen types of peppers or pickled condiments. Put with that a large Horchata for about 7 bucks and it's gotta be one of the best deals in town for a really quick meal.

Since my family is from Mexico, I find it hard to be satisfied with what they pass off as authentic Mexican street food at most Atlanta-area taquerias and restau
