Normally solid but I got home and realized I was given half a salad. Things like this have happened but I really hope a trend never starts to emerge but ya never know.
Just not all that exciting. Kind of bland and I was even ordering the spicy food! The hottest sauce was hot to be hot. It had a chemical taste to it. You get that when people who don't eat spicy food try to make a spicy dish, right? I am not a fan of Zaxby's.
They stingy with the fries and the fries are really good. I usually get #3. Around 12 bucks with veteran discount and doesn't include that delicious cole slaw. Every thing is pricey these days. It's because of Putin mot Biden.
We just had a wonderful experience at this Zaxby's. Montel (store manager) went above and beyond and provided great customer service. We will be back soon and often!
I'm thoroughly impressed with the manager at this location. I had an issue while I was there a couple weeks back and the manager addressed the issue immediately. It's good to know the manager cares so much about customer satisfaction at this location.
The drive thru always moved quickly. The staff is very courteous and the boneless chicken is always great!
Got a kicking chicken sandwich and it was covered in sauce. Can't imagine it is up to the standards of Zaxby's. Needed a bath after eating that.
Chicken fingers were way too dry than I have ever tasted. Wings were tiny, dry and tasteless. Fries were not fresh and cold. Didn’t get my tongue torch sauce as well. So disappointed by the food and never want to come back again👎 The only thing good about this store is at least the place is clean.
